I have had a box here for over 10 years and have been very satisfied with the service. Maryanne Tallman and Ron Smith are doing a good job. Maryanne has gone above and beyond the norm to take care of me. Maryanne and the employees have always been very polite and professional whenever I have called or come into the business. I was mailbox holder with the old owners for many years. Over 10 yrs! They were terrific. I enjoyed my time going into the location to pick up my mail. I was the guy who showed up once a year. You can see how old these reviews are. They are reflective of the old owners and staff.Unfortunately, ever since the new owners took over my experience has NOT been the same. Rates have increased and the customer service has been horrible.If I call just before 6pm and someone picks up, I expect to have a dialog with someone that will deal with my questions. Dont sigh after a few minutes and tell me Its after 6 and were closed. If you didnt want to deal with me you never should have picked up the phone!A business that has no interest in trying to keep every client they have is destined for failure. I have since closed my mailbox and will be using a different location that actually cares about my business.I can tell you the previous owners would not have treated me this way. Im taking my business else where.

I have been a customer of Caughlin Pack and Ship since 1991. The customer service has always been awesome. If they can accommodate my needs in any way they always do and they go beyond to make odd things happen as well. Even the new owners are wonderful people.

How do you expect your employees to be in high spirits when you work them 60+ hours a week? Also, harassing your employees with hateful notes taped is beyond unprofessional. Maybe you should just run your business on your own without employees since youre such a terrible boss 😒

Please be warned with dealing with Maryanne Tall and Ron Smith. They both are liars and manipulators. They charge more then double FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

Ever since the ownership change, Caughlin Pack n Ship has gone down the tubes. New owner and staff very unfriendly. I have spent many hundreds of dollars here,but after the last overcharge and failed delivery, I have taken my business elsewhere. I was actually lied to at last transaction.
