Ive had pretty good luck with smaller orders, But I recently placed a large order with 27 different parts.After filling the cart and and processing the order, I noticed that a couple of the part quantities had doubled. This had happened to me before and I had carefully checked each quantity prior to sending the order for payment. I wandered around the website looking for a phone number to ask someone how to change the quantities. They do not offer any phone service help. So, I sent an email. The response I got was to just cancel the last order and start over. 27 parts in the cart takes a long while to reorder.Im not very happy with this response.I will replace the order again since I need these parts quickly, But I will go looking for an alternate supplier.

Just an amazing service. Very low cost point. Super high precision for the any price. Great cut finish. EASY. FAST. FRIENDLY. The MakerSpace I belong to doesnt have a large enough laser cutter to do what I need. This company rocks! This was my first time ordering from them and also the first time I have created my own vector file and had something laser cut. So, I was a little nervous that I had done something wrong, but the price was so good I thought I would just go for it. Great company to work with. I was very impressed with my first order. Ordered on Friday and it was delivered on Wednesday. Packaging was very professional, came sealed between cardboard and plastic. Very precise, only required a little filing to take some roughness off the edges. Sent an email today about another order and promptly received a reply stating that it would be taken care of. I am rebuilding an old 3D printer and needed a custom cut print bed for it. I went to a local shop that quoted me over double what #SendCutSend charged me, and shipping was included. My experience from beginning to end was great! I had an image of our tribes seal to fasten to a headdress and was struggling to find a place to create a custom metal version of our seal. This is probably the best thing Ive found yet this year. SendCutSend does super high quality laser cutting for a very affordable price. These folks are great. I ordered a pair of 5015 aluminum keyboard plates from them for a project Im working on after having heard so much good stuff from other people in the community.Firstly, turn around was quite quick. Since Im on the left coast, I had my parts within a few days via fedex. The packaging was excellent. A thick card flat pak box and then inside the vacuum pack your plates using a thick plastic sheet onto stiff card board. The parts arrived clean, with no obvious burrs or scratches and the flat. Measuring with a cheap pair of calipers it was around 1.55-1.58mm as I expected.Ive used LB in Europe and those guys are great too, but now I have a US based alternative, I know who Ill be using in the future.

I cant believe I found this place. Online instant quotes (without all the BS), fast turnaround time, engineers on hand to help you if you have any questions. My old laser cutter place is 10-12 week turnaround time and doesnt bother finishing the parts or packaging them nicely, and leaves laser splatter all over the parts. I just got my first order cut at SendCutSend, and I highly recommend them, could not have had a better experience. This is an awesome resource for anyone with basic design tools. I submitted art drawn in Adobe Illustrator, and prototyped it in paper cut on a Glowforge first to make sure my folds were working.Not only was turnaround fast and quality perfect, but the help team contacted me before they cut my design with suggestions for improvements -- and they were 100% right to do so. They shared a better hinge arrangement that made my folding design work much better and saved me from wasting money on a bad prototype. Excellent! Ive had a lot of custom metal parts cut here, aluminum, AR500 steel, and titanium. All of them have been fantastic. Very quick turn-around and prices substantially cheaper than other services. The Linear Ultra Finish is spectacular as well if you want a nice clean shiny finish. Unfinished is great for functional parts if you dont mind some scuffs or marks from the laser process. Theyve also made me some stuff through custom quotes in thicknesses not available through the online tool. Top notch company.
