I was on the phone with Jim, He was so helpful. I called an hour before of rental was due back and ask if we could extend for one more day. Unfortunately the equipment was all ready rented for the next week. Jim called me back, he made magic happen, he found a way so we could keep it for one more day. Great customer service!

The people who work there are very, very nice. However, we were set up with some extremely worn tires on a dump trailer we rented over the weekend! You cant make 2 7 mile RT 1/2 loads from driveway to driveway and have balding tires. Felt it was their way of getting a worn tire replaced on our expense. We will be taking further action and sharing this scam like situation to social media. BEWARE!

They told me to start at 7am on a Monday , I showed up they said they moved on . I felt racial profiled

I like the one day rental and get to keep it for the weekend (love this) if you pick up on Friday afternoon and return on Monday, but my most recent experience was less than optimal. I have rented from them in the past, with no issues. Please read the whole review as it ends well.I rented a small chipper/shredder (3-4) and when I went to use it I had to stop in order to replace all the belts due to the unit not being able to even chip up the smaller branches, the unit only had 3 belts and two of them were heat cracked. The manual states it needs or should have 4 belts, so I lost 1/2 day to running into town to purchase these from NAPA.Upon returning the unit on Monday AM, the manager Mike adjusted the contract for the cost of the belts, but did nothing for the down time. Did not expect the unit for free, but a partial refund would have been nice, it was still down time and my time and fuel to run to NAPA to purchase the parts and make the repairs on a unit that was supposed to have been worked on that week, since my attempt to rent it the week before and was told it was down and not available till repaired.This past week I did and noticed a FULL CREDIT for the rental of the wood chipper on my credit union account. Thank you America Rents. There were two credits, one for the belts and a day later the remainder of the rental contract. Would have been nice if they would have called to let me know about this, so upgrading them to a 4 Star Rating.Will rent from them again, but will make sure to check the unit is in good condition prior to leaving the parking lot. Some of my scheduled projects are when help is available and dont have the ability to have much down time.

This is one of my go to rental companies, great location, lots of equipment available, good people behind the counter...things have been changing lately, the new management is really driving this place into the ground, last few times i have been there the equipment is either breaking before I can finish the task, or it is broken before it leaves their yard. I rent a lot, hopefully they can figure this out, I dont want to go somewhere else.

Equipments decent if you get a new one besides that there all junk. And the shop manager is just looking to get one over on all his customers like added charges for missing stuff that was never there to begin with. And there all about charging you for a 4 hundred dollar scratch on a peice of digging equipment

Great locally-owned business with an incredible selection of equipment, great customer service and the only place in town open on weekends! I would say the only problem they have; because its the only place open on weekends, equipment selection for the weekends is limited, so reserve what you need during the week and theyll have it ready to go when you get there! The staff is very friendly knowledgeable and besides there great prices their equipment works at least 99% of the time. I will never rent from any other company.

Very difficult to deal with, rented back hoe week in advance and day of delivery the equipment was not there and I had to call them and they said there is nothing they can do the guys did not get it on schedule since they did not complete all paper work when I was there in person.
