On December 23, 2020, I paid Farr West $2,400 for a Boundary Survey of our 60 acres of land in Deeth, Nevada.Five months later on June 02, 2021 we made a visit to our 60 acres of land that we had surveyed by Farr West and we could not fine the little cheap green markers that were used to mark the boundary of our 60 acres of land.The little cheap green markers used by Farr West were impossible to see and camouflage with the natural environment of green sage bushes for miles.We found many easy to spot large white poles markers by a different surveyor company, but only one little cheap green survey marker by Farr West survey our 60 acres of land.I informed Chris at Farr West that I could only fine one of the green stake markers, and I asked him how much would it cost to come to Deeth and show us where Farr West had placed the other three markers, and he said he did not know, but there would be a cost.I was very disappointed at this point that we had hired and already paid Farr West $2,400 to survey our 60 acres of land, and now because of their lack of visible markers, I could not get a customer service consideration to point out were my three other markers were for our land.Later that day Chris called back and said they had a man on the way.Michael came out and did a wonderful job of showing us were the three other little cheap green markers that set the boundary to our 60 acres of land.On 07/02/21 I received this letter and invoice from Farr West charging us $950.48 for a boundary survey.Attached is Farr West invoice dated 07/02/2021 for project 7356-001 Holmes, Randy - Boundary SurveyI am writing this letter to inform your headquarters that I will never use your service again, and plan to alert the media on this terrible experience and lack of customer service on behalf of Farr West.

Customer services was ok. Price was too high.

Phill is a great asset!

They did a job for the county paving a road out in osino- elko nevada. Which their consideration of runoff water was not taken in to consideration. In which my driveway washed out and the county of elko had to come out and redo.

Did some work for them. Good staff. New location has good vibe.
