Otis makes unreliable elevators. To add insult to injury when they break down they charge the people who got stuck outrageous fees to get them out. Additionally, their techs are rude and they have terrible attitudes. I hope that in the future they change for the better but right now they are a awful company and do not deserve business from anybody.
