Very nice location to deliver. Quiet and peaceful. Big lot to backup easily. Very clean. Best of all very nice people and super fast unloading. Had a 10AM appointment but they were kind enough to accommodate us at 8AM.

My two sisters and I LOVE all the Grove products. Also love the customer service. They respond rapidly by phone or email to any questions we have. I was just texting my sister wondering where they were located... (and said Id love to work for them ) Im frequently at my guy friends in Reno from Northern California.. .i was pleasantly surprised when I Google them that they are located in Reno, NV!

Ok so this is what I got to say.Grove is a well deserved 5 star rated company. My wife found this product line I believe a year ago. And I still see it coming to our door. This company personalizes my wife’s packages and always writes thank you with a personal note. As a husband I really never know what my wife subscribes to. Actually come to think of it that’s pretty scary.Half way through the year last my wife was excited to see another Grove box. I thought it came from a family member this whole time. That’s how well this company takes care of there customers!! They treat you like a family member!! We will continue with this company forever. She’s happy so I’m happy.Plus the natural soaps and scents are so calming and relaxing.Any interest!?? Gotta just try it out!!

They subscribed me to a bunch of products that I didnt want to be subscribed to. Suddenly I got a bill a month later for products i dont need. They did not make this clear at all and there is no way to cancel your account or order without contacting them. I am also concerned about this VIP thing they are trying to charge me $20 a month for starting in December. Theres no obvious way to opt out of that on their website either.
