Technicians arent professional at all. Their attitude is very rude and off putting. The owner, Mike, is also very callous. If you check the Reno business license website it will show that they arent operating legally here in Reno. They also dont have a valid license in the state of Nevada at all. I would steer clear of this here today, gone tomorrow operation.

Took my daughters Projector in for a Free estimate on service and I wasnt 5 bloccs away when Mike called and said he had it ready and runnin ! On top of being treated like priority he fixed the problem and charged me a rediculously low ammount. Really appreciate the customer service and my daughters appreciate that Movie Night is bacc up and running. Thanks again Mike ! Stand Up store fer sure ! Ill be bacc for any and all computer problems I may encounter.
