I usually dont take the time to write a review or to dwell on the negative, but I had such an unprofessional experience with this company. In 23 years of owning a business and interactions with many individuals, I have never encountered such an unprofessional experience. This review is long overdue, but every time I work with my new Quickbooks guru and book keeper, I cant help but be more appreciative of the professional business relationship we have. Jayne essentially fired me as a customer. This is after thousands of dollars spent with her to clean up my books (of which still needed completion). Although she was responsive with the initial phone call to work on my books, we left the month to month book keeping open for discussion. I think she was very busy and overwhelmed, but I received a nasty voicemail to terminate our relationship immediately. I had every voicemail prior to indicate we were taking it month by month until I would do my own books. She said I was quite capable at that point. It must have been a bad day, but there was no closure, return phone call or any professionalism. She was an extreme hothead and I am so glad it led me to my current professional. My books have never been in such good order and I look forward to working with my mentor.

Jayne is amazing! If you are a small business and need help with any quickbooks solutions please check her out. I got tired of being on hold with Intuit, not having quality help, so I looked locally and could have not been more happy! She knows her stuff and was great to work with.
