I went in after google reviewed as good. Close to my home looks clean and in a good area. I walked in, deliberately picking off hours because I needed some tailoring done as to not create too much of a wait or issues. No one was manning the place. I waited a good five minutes waiting to see if someone would come to the front. No one did. I opened the door again as it triggers a chirping sound to let the people in the back to know there is someone up there and waited again for 5 minutes. Nothing. Finally I lightly hollar back hello... nothing. I find it exceptionally rude to yell back like that.. I had to increase the volume and say hello much louder a second time. Someone finally came out. Looked irritated and asked if they could help me. After walking around to look for a mask. I stated I needed some tailoring. And they told me that the person who does tailoring is out. I asked when they would come back and they couldn’t answer me. They weren’t helpful like let’s take your number and have her call you or anything. I asked how long ago did she leave? I got 15 mins ago. Well I had pretty much been standing there that whole time so.I won’t be returning. I understand that it’s a dry cleaner but I don’t need an attitude because you don’t want to do your job. I shouldn’t have to yell back to anyone to come help a customer. I get the lady is gone. However the whole situation just was off putting.

This lady is fantastic!! She does an amazing job at fixing all of your clothes little mishaps!! The dry cleaning is top notch too!!

Didn’t take them long to lose clothes and then say they were never brought in. 2 pairs of black slacks and two Nike golf shirts. Guess I’ll just wait for them to give me the money or go to court.

This is the only place Ill take things for drycleaning and alterations. Mia is 100 % the most kind, lovely and funniest person Ive met in a long time. You will be treated well and as if you are a friend.

Mia is the sweetest! She even made and is giving out masks for free. Always excellent, detail-oriented work, from my best friends wedding dress to my favorite sweaters and jackets. Her shop is an hour round trip from my house, and it is more than worth it.

Mia is awesome! Such friendly, enthusiastic service. Recently, I had a suit jacket tailored for a wedding. I picked up the altered jacket on my way to the airport, and she was able to steam/fold my suit pants and shirt to fly with! Very quick turnaround and tremendous attention to detail.

Mia does an excellent job! She can tailor pretty much anything. I get all my tailoring done here. And she can fix ripped or torn garments too.

Swung by in person to get a wedding dress altered. They were unable to do it since Mia wasnt in. Called multiple different times on multiple days to inquire if she was in but I never once had anyone pick up the phone. We dont live in town but she came recommended. Sadly, we dont want to drive back down to just gamble if shes in or not. Staff were friendly when we went in though.

Good professional cleaners, friendly and reliable

I went to Mia to get alterations on my 21st birthday dinner dress, after being disappointed by another tailor. Mia was so sweet and polite on the phone. Making an appointment was super easy. Her business is in a nice area. by a delicious bakery, and she had my dress done way sooner than she expected. I needed it by Sept 24th, she expected it would be done Sept 15th, I brought it in August 28th, and it was done by Sept 5th ish. She got along great with my mom. She did a FANTASTIC job on my dress, and she gifted us two beautiful jewelry purses for being first time customers. The alteration & hemming was $85 but she only charged me $80 because when I tried on the dress for her before leaving, she decided she wanted it hemmed a little more. So she reduced our price, though we barely waited 20 minutes. She was thero, sweet, professional, and totally understanding when I lost my ticket number. I would totally recommend her for everything. I will always come to her now!!

Highly recommend!! Mia was so sweet and personable! She worked quickly to steam clean my wedding gown and my fiances suit for our wedding in Tahoe & got them back to us faster than I would have ever expected. I am from our of state, and when I called a few days prior, Mia was so helpful and reassuring on the phone. Great customer service! (My fiance also liked the free candy on the counter...haha).

Great work, great customer service, and way better prices for cleaning and alterations than anywhere Ive been able to find in Reno. Theres a few spots with similar prices but the horrible customer service make Mias the only place I will go. I didnt even know the measurements I needed and within a few seconds she figured it out and everything was perfect. Plus, unlike many places around Reno, everything is ready on time. This is the only place I would recommend in Reno for dry cleaning and alterations.

Was in Reno for 3 months for business. First came here because the location was convenient. The service was great and they always did the little extras without even asking that had me going back for the rest of my stay. I just wish they were here in Arkansas now!

Chose this location based on locale and relative distance from where I live. The owner is a very lovely person. I came in last minute during closing and she was able to fit in my shirts. Will likely be using this business for my dry cleaning needs from now on.
