INC Authority- professional and worth the money!I cannot thank Shane Hughes from INC Authority enough for taking the time to answer all of my questions and ensuring I had all of my business needs met through a customized business start-up package. Very efficient and professional service.I highly recommend INC Authority to anyone starting a business--even if youve done it before. It truly is a one stop shop for all of your business needs.

I was able to get everything started with ease! They offer so much help in a lot of different ways. Chance, my business advisor, was extremely helpful! He actually seemed to have my best interest in mind. He didnt try and sell me on all the services. Instead he listened, and then suggested only the essential things I would need for my specific business and that the other services would be better used at a different time!

I feel that Daniel Summers at IncAuthority was helpful and even went over and beyond to make sure i felt comfortable with them. They were not the cheapest but seemed to have better product, knowledge and customer service and that really helps when conducting business.

I paid this company to take care of a time sensitive situation and they have yet to send me the paperwork and it’s been almost two weeks. I keep trying to call them and there is no answer. Now I’m going to have to pay another company for services I’ve already paid for through inc authority, I am not happy with this company at all. They totally dropped the ball.

What they offer for 600$ I did at the court house in one day for 50$ took them a week. Taking advantage of small business owners and start up. Working with large companies and banks. The catch we make it easy and affordable its actually the exact opposite we make it expensive and time consuming.

I highly recommend that anyone looking to use their service do their research first. This was not my first business but I was looking for a time saver and a company that might have know more tricks than me. You still end up doing all the work and the binder for all your documents seems cheap for the money since I paid a lawyer last time and it was cheaper and everything about the paperwork seemed higher quality. Customer service was a pleasure but again this was my second go around and they know as much as I did. They are really more focused on up SELLING something not included in there bundles than actually providing you with advice/tools to help you achieve your goals. This place is a joke. they stole my moneyHorrible service.Theyve been telling me it was going to take 45 business days for my EIN number for my LLC to be processed and it hasnt been processed almost 100 business days ago (more than 5 months).They just keep telling me that the IRS is taking longer and they wont send me my case number for me to contact them directly.Save yourself money and do it yourself, this is the worst experience ive had with a company like this.

The charged us over $500 to start our LLC and our EIN does not work when we called they claimed we did not put it in correctly. When we called again they never answered and do not reply to emails either. DO NOT TRUST THEM the reviews are FAKE.

This company alters their price so be sure to negotiate. They originally quoted us $650.00 and then agreed to $429.00.We would have been FAR better off dealing with the very nice and helpful people at the SOS office.They filed all our names incorrectly as well as our addresses and then said we would need to go in and fix that ourselves, which we did and paid for.They are rude and hang up on people when they can’t answer legitimate questions and they do not call when they say they will.Highly recommend anyone wishing to use Thai company look elsewhere.

Dont. Waste. Your. Time! I went back and forth for 2 months trying to fix their mistakes. I spoke to every single person in support multiple times, managers multiple times. I called so many times and asked for the same information to get fixed that they joked I had talked to the whole team.. I swear, if I didnt know any better Id say this was a scam. There was not a single thing that they did that I didnt have to go back through the state and feds to fix myself. Such a joke.

CODY BERRY was very kind and knowledgeable, and very consistent in making sure I was very educated about my package bundle.

Inc. Authority is based on taking advantage of new business owners, along with up selling packages to new business owners. Inc. Authority does not care about you or your business they care about how many up sale packages they are able to sale. On 5/24/2021 I purchased the EIN package, which did not get submitted until 6/1/2021. Due to the Representative waiting to speak to me to up sale packages. On 6/1/2021 the representative basically pressured me into an up sale. It was not even three hours after the purchase I called to inform the company my company was not ready for the web page along with the credit. I was told I could not cancel due to to the legal team sending the package solely for the estate I resign in. The contract did not mention a state and neither did I sign the contract yet. After speaking to an Attorney at my husbands business he suggested I call Inc. Authority and speak with a manager about the situation. after speaking with a manager I was told someone was going to reach out to me about the situation. No one has reached out to me about this situation and yet I still have not signed the contract. With the business credit account up sale they offer. They refer to Brex Credit. Inc. Authority states this company goes off your business credit and not your personal credit. After speaking to a customer service from Brex that is false advertisement. I was told that it will still be based of my personal credit until my business creates its own credit. Search around prior before choosing Inc. Authority, you are able to commit to the same services yourself with some due diligence. I personally have learned a very expensive lesson myself to search around before choosing Inc. Authority .

I registered my business in California and paid almost 400 but got nothing in return, its been a week and I havent received my documents in the mail like I was told I would : / Im giving this 2 stars because the lady I had spoken to was really nice, hopefully I can get this all squared away and update my review accordingly

This is just the worst company to work with. They filled the wrong information with the sec. of State Office.. and refused to fix it. They said it would cost $300 to a mistake them made but when I called the sec. of state office they said the fee is only $100. I called them so many times over three months to get it fixed but couldnt get it done because no knew what was going on and they kept bouncing me from one person to the other. it was the most frustrating process ever. I suggest to find another company to start your business in you require this service.

The agent who helped me had the best interest for me and my business, and was able to provide me with great advice. No, it was not a sales tactic on his part because he also gave me an amazing bundle price and I did my research so I know he saved me TONS of money. For those who think they will not be charged anything, they dont if you only do the LLC with your state. They will only charge you for the actual state fee which you have to pay regardless. So, do yourselves a favor and consider this company for your needs (youll be surprised), and also, contact Cody Berry because the gentleman is genuine and super good at his job.
