Ive been going to Sean for about 1.5yr and have loved my cut every time. He has great attention to detail and offers the best fade in town. The web booking system is super easy to use and I often go in late on week nights after work. Inside Seans shop he has thought of the client experience with TV, mini fridge refreshments, massage chair etc. Its hard to find a barber can goes to the 9s in so many ways - Im a happy customer and would recommend to everyone!

Sean really knows his trade!! You can easily tell if someone is a good barber or not by how confident they are with their tools and Sean has gave me really good haircut both times I have visited him. The appointment process is so easy and I really enjoy how easy/quick it is to schedule an appointment, rather than getting scheduled days later than you wanted your haircut done. He really seems to want to make sure you are completely satisfied with the haircut. Location is very convenient as well.

Sean went out of his way to make my first experience great. He was accommodating, saw with expertise what I usually do with my hair (but was also respectful and asked whether that was what I wanted again), offered little accoutrements to the whole barbering experience and was fast! Amazing skill with clippers alone, can’t wait to come back for a straight razor shave.

I have been going to Sean for the last few months and I have to say his professionalism and supreme knowledge and skill are the reason why I keep coming back. Ive been going to Sean for a while now. When I first went to him I didnt know much about fades or cuts (would go to a salon and just get a 3 on the sides and small trims on top) but Sean let me know what would work with me and my style. Great guy and very professional.

Tried this barber and the first two times was ok, went this morning and absolutely got butchered.The fade is insanely crooked, and the right side is way darker and lower than the left.Also he didn’t even clean up my neck, I had to come home and shave it myself.I specifically said no line up whatsoever, and have said this every time. But he lined me up again, but the sides and the front, cutting me with the straight razor on my forehead and side of my head.The top was hacked and isn’t even at all, this is the worst haircut I’ve ever had. And he charges $40.00 for it.I won’t ever come back, beware of this place.

I wont be back, but I completely understand why other men would.Sean is personable, professional, and industrious. A student of his craft.I personally dont go to get a haircut to be pampered. Or relax. Or to relieve stress. Or to socialize. Grooming is a box I have to check. Like getting my car washed. There are other things Id rather be doing.I typically just buzz my hair in the shower, however I missed my days in Phoenix where you could find innumerable barbers to give you a solid cut and straight razor in 15-20 minutes, so I gave Sean a try.I dont want to sit in a massage chair for 30 minutes while another gentleman gets groomed 4 feet away from me. Its awkward and I didnt even turn it on.But again, I understand why some men would want this. If you want a haircut experience, then most certainly go see Sean. I just wanted a gentlemens haircut that started at the time I booked without all the pomp and circumstance.

Sean has a great set up. Massage chair, full selection of drinks, and cologne. I’m very picky about my cuts and my barbers, this guy delivers every time. I’ve been going to him for over a year now and have had nothing but great cuts from him!

Sean is the real deal! This is the finest haircut I have ever gotten in my 58 years. If you want someone who listens to what you want and performs with perfection, he is the one!!!! I would give him a 10 star rating if I could!!! If you are from the Reno region he should be your regular barber....so glad I made the appointment!

Sean has given me the best haircut and beard trim of my entire life. It sounds fantastical and dramatized but it isnt. Gave a perfect fade on the sides, on top worked with my hair to get it to lay down and style nicely. My beard is a whole other beast. Extra thick under my chin and neck, thinner on my face, he shaped and blended it together to look absolutely fantastic. He truly outdid even my wildest expectations. Wouldnt even consider going elsewhere. If you are on the fence, just try him. You will not be disappointed. (P.s. he has free beer, and sodas in the fridge)

Umm pretty upsetting that I asked him to cut my hair all one length. It was a nice fade but the top on my hair on by my hard part is super longer than the other side all I can now do with it is lay it over when I showed him a picture on how I wanted it cut that I I’ve had it before. He said “oh yeah I know” Didn’t know till I got home an really looked. Good guy didn’t talk much, tried to have a conversation didn’t seem interested. This cut worth the 40$? Probably not more in the 25 range an probably won’t go back. Had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Sean today. Even though the Yelp overview specifically states that it’s Covid compliant, IT IS NOT. He repeatedly tried to get me to sit in the small room to wait that had 3 people already in there (none wearing masks). And he repeatedly tried to get me to take a drink after I politely declined several times. After waiting for a few minutes, he asked why I wouldn’t sit inside and I told him I was trying to be respectful with the Covid situation. He was very rude and talked to me about how I shouldn’t worry about it, and how “barber shops are dirty places so wearing masks doesn’t help at all”. First of all, dirty is different than Covid. And second of all, just because other barber shops are dirty doesn’t mean yours has to be.After talking to him about my concerns he gave me the impression that he didn’t want to serve me if I’m wearing a mask.I was polite this whole time and politely told him I’d take my business elsewhere. One of the most frustrating and rude experiences I’ve had in a while. I would have stayed even with the sketchy covid conditions. But his disrespect caused me to leave.It’s one thing to not be Covid compliant but it’s another thing to make your customers feel bad for trying to stop the spread.The haircuts look great! But I could not support today.

Coming in as a new client Sean takes time to understand the needs and wants of a client, being completely upfront about cuts your hair is compatible with and not compatible with. After any of your cuts, he takes the time to explain the way he styles it so you can recreate it on a daily basis. Unlike most barbers, Sean has a package that not only sells you the haircut but, the package also includes a charcoal face mask. Now as someone who is constantly busy and can’t always make enough time for skincare, this is extremely convenient and proactive for my lifestyle. Plus, at the end of each cut Sean will offer you a spray of cologne to make sure you leave smelling fresh! With all this information, I find it a good time to say Sean seems extremely knowledgeable for his ‘haircut types’, tools, products used throughout your appointment, and giving a great enough experience for you to want to come back.
