Absolutely love the customer service I get from all the staff in Rose Fox’s office. After dealing with crummy customer service in my hometown I was happy to know that I didn’t have to switch insurance companies to get great customer service. I just requested all my policies be changed over to Rose Fox’s agency and have never had an issue. As I read the other reviews I see a common theme here, and it is the same as I experienced. I recently moved to Reno from Missouri, walked in to this location to transfer my policies, it was very nice to do business with people who show customer service is still important.
