Customer service was excellent when we had to file a claim for an accident while it off town. They made it easy to get the car patched up and then let us keep the claim open for another three weeks until we got back home to fix the cosmetic damage. Not only that, but when I was signing up for the insurance itself, they were very helpful and informative. Would definitely recommend, especially after coming from Farmers.

When I was looking to switch companies, not only did they... crush what I was currently paying, that didnt even include a couple of extras! The gals I worked with were Professional, Courteous, and.. had a great sense of humor. Yes, they are now my insurance company!

I had a situation that was completely my fault and it led to Liberty having to pay claims for someone else. Some other things happened and long story short, Liberty stepped up to the plate and sorted everything out. There were some additional issues with the DMV and they went ahead and talked directly to them on my behalf and made everything right. It was an all around really good experience. They kept in contact with me during the whole process and I even received a call from the branch manager making sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciate all they did. It was nice to have someone local to talk to also.

If I could give you zero stars i would! What a joke you guys are. Your customer service is atrocious. You would be better going out of business. So diappointed. As for Sonia....you deserve to be out of a job. I can not believe liberty mutual lets their reps talk to people the way they do. Ill definitely be going higher than google reviews with this one. But i hope every one sees this.

Stay away from this company, They have dishonest agents. with bad customer service skills, Do not get lure by the initial low rates. They will increase your premiums year after year, even though you did not file claims. I assure you will end up paying much more than the market rates. They will cancel your policy withot previous notification.

Ive used Liberty for years and find them to be an extremely good company. Ive had very good experiences with their customer service department and I find the rates to be very fair.

*STAY AWAY* Liberty Mutual decided to not renew our insurance because we decided to use our insurance for a non injury strictly cosmetic claim. This would have been fine had they properly notified us that we were not eligible for renewal with them. We were never mailed, emailed or called regarding the non renewal. After calling them to see if we could renew there was no answer on their behalf, they simply emailed the non renewal letter almost 30 days after it expired. For almost 30 days we were uninsured without knowing, luckily we were not involved in any accidents. Unfortunately now because of the lapse in insurance we have to pay penalties to the DMV and our insurance is nearly double, costing us thousands of dollars more than what we should be paying. Stay away from these criminals.

Very disappointed , this company mixed up my contacts with another customers, cancel my policy without my knowledge, so if you like paying fines and fees to DMV, Im with State farm now .

We had an accident. An simi truck trailer ran a red light and totaled our suv that my wife was driving to town. My wifes leg was broken. I call liberty and was told I had to call there insurance company. You got to be kidding. Called main office that helped. They gave me low blue book for a pay off. Later they jacked up my rate. I guess so they could get some of there pay off back. By the way this was our first ever claim. So much for first time forgiveness. Dropped them and went to USAA
