I felt confident he was knowledgeable with the multi polices I needed. He was very responsive. I’d highly recommend this team for all your Insurance needs.

Have had State Farm all my life. State Farm is a very good insurance company. Jerry is easy to work with and will take care of issues as quickly as he can. People need to remember that he is an agent and not the underwriter. He has to work with the rules of the State Farm Underwriters.

Getting ahold of this agent is nigh impossible; most frequently you either get voicemail or rerouted to an after hours answering service, regardless of the time of the call. You almost never receive a call back. If they promise to email you anything, they dont. The cost is higher than equivelent coverage from other companies and agents (sometimes even in the case of other State Farm agents), and the customer service is nonexistent.I have had an ongoing issue with this agent in particular; three months ago, I bought a new truck and added it to the policy. That in itself was like pulling teeth and took three weeks to accomplish - including multiple call backs because they could not correctly record myself or my girlfriends SSNs and ID #s. When that was finally accomplished, we received a letter from DMV stating that our insurance was coming back as incorrect or unvalidated. Lo and behold, the agent had also screwed up the VIN. For two months now, we have been contacting him to update the VIN, which he states has been done multiple times, but each time they send out new insurance cards, they reflect the incorrect VIN. At no point has he been willing to contact the DMVs insurance verification dept. (which has a handy set of options specifically for insurance agents and underwriters) to rectify the issue, instead just letting it sit.Corporate offices of State Farm have done no better, just tossing it back in the agents lap; overall, an extremely dissatisfying experience, and not one I would recommend anyone to get involved with.
