We had rust issues around the windshield and back window of an older Tacoma. Fix Auto did a great job of eradicating the rust all around. The new paint blends well with the old and were happy to save a Gen 1 Tacoma from the scrap yard. We would use Fix Auto Reno again.

I used fix auto because it was the preferred body shop by my Insurance....However they did a great job and got my bumper work done same day...These guys are great! Highly recommended.

They were very quick in doing the estimate however, it seems they didnt forward it to my insurance company even though they setup the appointment.

Would not recommend to anybody. Body work was worst. Had to take car back over 12 times do to used parts never could align side panel properly now they refuse to do it because they cant post pics later. Trust me

My son wrecked our van. They were very quick to check it out and make a decision as to whether it was totaled. They got back to us quickly and explained how it ended up being totaled. They also spoke with our insurance company right away which was great to not have delays. We only have a rental car for 30 days and any delays would have created an issue. Also, We had literally put in an Apple Car system the month prior and our insurance company said we could pull it out if we wanted. They were so kind and did it for us. It’s refreshing to have people go above and beyond like they did. We will definitely use them for any future issues.

Looks like new. They used genuine Subaru componets and were less expensive than the dealer.

Go to another shop!!!!!The staff is very incompetent.No knowledge of whats going on during the process as if the shop isnt performing the work as if the contract out most of the work.Tge day my car was supposed 2 be finished i was told they had to special order a tire and 10 days later i go to check on my car and the car has no bumper, grill nor head light.I was told my car would be ready in 2 days and wasnt ready for an additional day.Tgey failed to report the updates to let the ins. Know whem the car would be complete.Now due to all the rIncompetence my car isnt full operational. I have to get the car repaired else where. So please find some 1 else.

This shop is ruining my life. I am having to sue them. Took them to court because my car has more problems than ever. I have made previous reviews before changing my name back to what it was originally. This is my update after court with them.Please save your car and time. I witnessed inside her office her telling her employees to write good reviews. I fell victim to this shop and have paid over 20k in repairing things she didnt do correctly, rental cars, tow trucks, being stranded, etc. She wont honor the warranty. The owner is rude and cussed me out when I was trying to be nice. She tried to commit fraud and I have the proof and am going through court again with them.Absolute nightmare. Please save yourself and dont go here!!

I just got my F-350 back after hitting a deer. The whole front was dented in and they repaired it in a work week. It is beautifully done, as well as clean! They detailed it which is so nice. The staff is extremely professional and hard working. Their timeline was really fast. I was impressed with how fast they got it done. I will go back for any future needs and recommend Top Gun to anyone with repair needs. I have also used their Elko shop and have had the same wonderful results!

We found some writing bleed thru the paint. Its was more than a year ago job. They agree to fix it right away. Good thing they stand by their job. But I wish I did not have to go back if they did it right at the first time.

Great honest shop, fast and friendly

I seen this place had 5 stars so I decided to take my car but when i picked it up the scratch was still on the side then my bumper was starting to fall off again so I took it back and they fixed it until 3 weeks later my bumper is coming off and it looks like they glued it and didnt replace the clamps. So I went to steves collision center and found out it wasnt even the right bumper and they did a half ass job when I seen the bumper after it was taken off and mind you my car is only 3 years old. SMH
