Placed a service ticket via/phone and at first the lady was nice, then after I asked to repeat reference number, she sounded annoyed, repeated it and hung up with out making sure reference number matched. Horrible customer service.

Please find another company do not ever use this company for elevators may escalators.... But no very incompetent

They are the worst company Ive ever dealt with. I could. Attitude, Im better than you service technicians, just down right horrible.Ill never call them again.

We have been waiting for two months for kone to fix the elevator in our building .The timeline is not an exaggeration. One of the reasons for significant delay: ordered wrong parts .. the other remains unknown, since they stopped providing updates.

The elevator in my apartment building was broken from late July 2017 until early October 2017! They are the most unresponsive company out there! Now as of March 10th 2018, the elevator is broke again! This time people really need it so they can move out of my building.....new owners jacked the rent! But supposedly Kone has been unresponsive to their calls too! Don’t sign a service contract with Kone! You’ll be waiting!

Always broken. Terrible company.

Elevators out of order weekly. They installed in 1971. One got new cable and it lasted 2 days. Service personel incompetent.
