As mentioned in previous posts, the owner Scott greets you and gets to know you. Some people see this as sinister but in reality this is actually a lost art. Older businesses took a personal interest in who you were and how you were doing and nowadays your lucky if the owner is even on the premises. I appreciate the personal touch as well as the professionalism they offer. Not only are they good at what they do personally, they exceed the standards of most other shops mechanically. If you need any work done on your vehicle I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone. If you are fortunate enough to experience how things use to be, you will see they are among a dying breed.Thank you Scott and the guys for doing a great job on my FJ.

What a waste of time and money. We had an appointment and told him we were taking a long road trip in our motorhome in 6 weeks. We thought that would be plenty of time for an alignment. Never did fix problem and now we have a terrible shake. He suggested we take it to a tire shop to balance the tires. That didn’t help so took it back to him. Then he said it was a different part and we authorize him to order the part. Still didn’t fix it. After spending over $1600 and my motorhome is worse. Do not take your motorhome to them. We have been dealing with a front end alignment with them for over 6 weeks. Today is Friday and we are suppose leave on our trip on Monday. We are taking our motorhome to a different alignment company and hopefully they can fix the problem so we don’t have to cancel our vacation. Please don’t make the same mistake we did taking our motorhome to him.

Colossal waste of time. Made an appointment for an alignment a week out and was very clear with them about my vehicle and situation ahead of time but they changed their mind when I showed up.I live in Big Bear and drove all the way down the mountain for my appointment only to find they had accidentally booked another customer on top of me, so I was pushed out for an hour. Irritating, but mistakes happen. No problem, Ill go grab breakfast. After that I get back and they take my truck for a test drive, put it on their machine, and then about half an hour later they come tell me they dont want to work on it. Even though I told them the exact state of my vehicle ahead of time, they decided a Toyota/Lexus with a mild lift and all terrain tires is just way beyond their abilities. They dont work on lifted luxury imports lol so know this ahead of time in case you drive something as exotic as I do (2006 Lexus LX470 aka Toyota Landcruiser) . They seemed nice enough, but showed zero sympathy for the situation they put me through. They completely wasted my time and money through their disorganization and incompetence. Go somewhere else with a little more integrity, we all deserve better.

A HUGE WASTE OF MY TIME. I also made an appointment a week in advance, for 8:00 A M. They take your car check underneath, while this guy, Scott, sit and distract you. Mean time this young woman is running some sort of screening or back ground check on you. I am only here for an alignment on 1977 Ford. By the way I have very good credit score. She texts him with her finds of, that I was there 10 years ago. I do not know what this has to do with the alignment. So he tells me he will call me with an appointment. So I ask for one now. GUESS WHAT HE NEVER CALLS. MORAL of story, he will only work on certain cars for certain people.Do not be an old previous customer or maybe a person of color.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.THIS guy is not the owner of Pruetts that we new of long ago, this is a new guy.

Ive had many alignments over the years, typically when have purchased new tires.. it seems to always be the same; the technician racks my vehicle, connects the alignment equipment, makes a couple of quick adjustments and they are done. Many times this is all done in less than an hour, typically is never within spec and the majority of times they didnt even test drive afterwards... Pruetts is on a whole other level, they take their time, they racked and re-racked my vehicle several times to get it dialed in, everything was well within spec, and they were extremely thorough in going over everything and answering any questions I had! I highly recommend Pruetts, i definitely wont go anywhere else from now on for an alignment!!!

This guy is a weight and alignment Genius!Scott knows what he is doing and is the nicest person you will ever meet.He is located in a nice area and has a secure yard.Easy to get to location.My motor home is in Great Hands here.

Charge too much for repairs, but getting your car aligned I dont know what they charge.

Was highly recommended, so took my 2002 F250 4x4 with a 6 inch lift to them for an alignment. Took the truck to them first thing in the morning, and picked it up at 15 to get 5pm. Thanked them and didnt even make it 2 blocks and noticed the truck was still having the same issues I took it to them for. Returned and talked to the owner and he began to tell me that it could be ball joints, tie rods, get box. I asked if they had noticed any of those things being bad during the alignment or test drive he said no. So I asked how he could say that is had possible left other issues if he never inspected it. Needless to say this place is not as capable as they once were. I later found out that this business was sold and the current owner is resting on the laurels of the previous owners work and reputation.

This place is great! Scott is very friendly and knowledgeable! All the staff is very nice. Well definitely come back for any alignment issues! Highly recommended!

The job they did on my 1940 Cadillac is second to none. They were able to actually work on my car like a true mechanic not having to rely on computers to align my vehicle. Whether its old or new, it will be definitely worth EVERY penny. Many thanks to Pruetts!!!

They wont work on certain vehicles if you have a van dont bother calling for alignment.

The most knowledgable alignment you will ever buy. They do charge more than a typical alignment would cost but you are paying for a serious depth of knowledge. If you really want to get your moneys worth out of this shop just ask to sit down and talk for a few minutes with the person who does your alignment and what you learn about car alignment and driving behaviour will be worth the extra money you spent.

These are the experts and most ethical company in the business. Did what they said and reasonable too!

Pruetts Precision Alignment has shown excellent quality for all the years Ive worked with them. Scott is incredibly thorough, and people come from out of state for his attention to detail. Ive never had any issues working with them, and recommend them whenever I get a chance. Tire installation, balance, rotation, and alignment are never fun to deal with, but its always a pleasure to visit Pruetts and they make the process a lot easier. Their work is superb, and I highly recommend it.

This people at Pruetts are very professional. I had taken my 2007 Volvo truck to 3 other alignment shops with top of the line equipment and not one of them had the knowledge to figure out my truck alignment problem. Pruetts best out there my truck rides like new again. I highly recommend them.

This front in shop does good work and gets the job done in a very reasonable amount of time. The prices are very fair.

Wasted my time. After having new tires put on my truck the tire shop said my pitman arm was worn. I searched for suspension shops and found Pruetts. I called and they said they could get to the car if I dropped key thru mail slot before 9 am. At around 2 pm I still had not heard from them and gave them a call. I was told his guy had checked the truck and it was not the arm. I asked him what was the reason for the play in the front end and he told me a few other cars had come in and he would test drive it and let me know. I returned to the shop just before 5 and they had not done anything with the truck. He said it might be the gear box. Is it or isnt it? This shop wasted a whole day for me and acted like they did not care.

I replaced ALL the front end bushings and steering components on my 1992 Chevy c1500, I also lifted it 4 so I needed a shop that knew what they were doing. I came here and they clearly knew what they were doing.

Went in for an alignment and got a tire rotation also. Scott goes above and beyond for your car.
