We have used Executive Pool and Spa now for over 2 years, and we continue to be impressed with the good quality of service we receive. They have the best employees who are so knowledgeable and professional, and they have kept our pool looking so nice all year round! They have made repairs and just put in a new liner recently. Wow! I looked at it today, and I was just so happy to see how beautiful it looked…all ready for the summer! So I wanted to come on today and just say how thankful I am to be their customer.

I had a lot of work done and Im really happy with how the pool turned out. Justin is the owner and a genuine good guy. He wants his customers to be happy. Jim is the guy who did most of the pool by himself (completely impressed with the knowledge and skill possessed by this guy). Their work is great, but scheduling can be frustrating. I had a lot of in and out with the various crew and sometimes it was multiple times in the day. My saving grace for the frequency or last minute appointment times was that I have teen/young adult kids that were able to be home. Thats the only drawback of my whole experience. I would definitely recommend him to friends.

Quick service and always offering to help when in a tough situation! I wouldnt call anyone else. This is the only company Id call for all swimming pool services! My pool has never looked so good. Justin has been great. Completely saved our pool. He is very prompt on service and does excellent work. Communicates details of his work with me so I know what needs to be done. Reasonably priced for the great service he does. If you have a pool, I highly recommend you contact Executive Pool Service & Repair!

These guys are Great. They are Always on top of keeping my salt water pool in shape. My cleaner was needing a tune up. Justin and his band of experts, repaired my cleaner and its running like a champ. I have to say you would not have to worry about anything...I highly recommend this company!

I am very happy with the quality service they provide. Very quick, thorough and professional response with reasonable pricing. Also along the way, I like that they provided some consulting on how to do things better than I originally laid out which was much appreciated. Just had our first visit, and while I will continue to update my review, so far these guys are awesome. They came to our house, were very friendly and personable, and they quickly got to work with a schedule and plan to get my pool and equipment back in-order. My first impression of this pool service company is excellent. Looking forward to a sparkling pool!

Executive Pools has been doing my pool and spa for years !I highly recommend them.Justin just serviced my spa, and hes a very kind friendly young man.And just so you know....... He doesnt drive a BMW. He has a truck that is clearly marked.The reviews on this site are not correct.

Good job, Justin & Team! I endorse Executive Pool Service & Repairs!! I have lived here in the Redding area for the past 12 years and I personally know the owner and one of the employees. They are good and trustworthy people with high integrity. They are a small, locally owned company, and their service technicians drive around in trucks that have their “executive/tuxedo” penguin logo on them. Maybe you’ve seen them? With it being a top goal for the owner and company to provide excellent customer service, ratings and reviews that paint a picture opposite of that, are likely NOT from real customers. Please disregard them, do your own research, or check with the company personally, as negative comments and ratings from spam and attempts to damage businesses, can only be removed by the site host (of Google, Yelp, etc.), which might take awhile. -Karen B
