Called to make an appointment and was told they don’t do appointments and that you just have to come and wait for someone to be available. once tony took me he was extremely rushed and wouldn’t even wait for the paint to completely dry in the lamp before using more colors causing the colors to mix and create an ugly color. halfway through the service the salon began to get super busy and he just stopped and told me he was done doing my nails. his work looked nothing like the photo reference i gave him which was very surprising considering the work he posts on instagram. super dissatisfied with the service i received.

She did a fantastic job! It was for my wedding party and Mindy was able to fit us all in last minute. She even stayed after hours to finish everyone’s manicures.

Thao was absolutely amazing. I love the job she did on me and was extremely patient and listen to everything I asked of her. She did my manicure and pedicure and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. This is the only place I want to go to. I’ve been to 2 other shops and most of the time they make me feel like they don’t want me there and hurt my fingers while working on me. She was very gentle and did an amazing job on me. Thank you guys so much.

Pros - Fast and good shape. They were done under an hour for full setCons - Rough and painful, does not care what you want, cut me with used files.I asked for shorter after Tony clipped a few of the tips when I realized the length was too long. He just mumbled something and continued. They are way too long and I had to drill them down at home. No communication about how I wanted the colors or anything.Basically go here if you want to feel like you are on an assembly line, if you are not picky or clean and only care about how fast they can be done.

Good work but very long wait unless you go super early (2 hours wait). Rushed services.

If you want your nails done correctly then DO NOT GO TO THE LADY THAT SITS BY THE CASH REGISTER, only got to Tony or the girls that sit next to him. They are the only ones who are good at this Salon. WAIT FOR THEM DO NOT SETTLE FOR THE OTHER GIRL YOU WILL REGRET IT AND WASTE MONEY!!

Not sterile, not gentile, not what I expected. I got a full set done, $42. EVERY tool used had been used on the previous client. My tech filed the skin around my nails. Im a perfectionist and the nail shapes are not the same, and some of them are crooked. Im highly disappointed. At least they got the color right :(.

Updated review: After 2 days my nails started looking like the pics below :( Not worth my $30 plus tip!I walked in and in 5 mins was getting my nails done. I got a full French tipped set within 30 mins and they look very nice. I will definitely be going back.

The lady did what I asked her to do. I was very pleased.

Called and they told me I didnt need an appt and could just walk in. When I got there the said it was a 10 min wait, and hour and a half later they were closing up. Two employees were finished with customers but closed up their booths, thats when I decided to leave, the one employee who was still working on a set of nails told me he could do me next or come back tomorrow. Yeah, no thanks. They should really just make appts. Never going back.

They we’re so busy but they were very accommodating. My pedicure was great and the next time I’m in town I will definitely be back. Good work you guys, keep it up ☺️

Very professional and great atmosphere

I came to Fancy nails to get a coffin purple chrome manicure. When I asked Tony for that he said yes of course. I got rainbow silver square nails. Wasnt happy at all. They were very rushed and I waited after 4 others came in after me. One of my thumbs are not fully painted, the black under coat is showing through 3 of my nails too coat and therrs dead skin and nails polish all over my fingers. Not cool for someone new to your shop. Not cool.

Came in at 9 am when opened, called and made an appointment the day before. Tony did such a great job!! So pretty I love it! Definitely will be coming again!

They deliberately dont like to do what you ask them to even with provided pictures. Not worth the headache.

Called to make an appointment with Tony, (the owner) he said I could NOT make an appointment, because people that make an appointment just dont show, but I could just walk in and he would try to do my nails or just go to someone else in the salon.That has got to be the MOST ridiculous, unprofessional thing said from a business owner or nail tech.... I just said, ok well I will just go somewhere else. He just said, o.k. thank you. I guess that nail salon doesnt need the business!!

I love fancy nails. They are absolutely amazing!

My full set acrylics looked good at first but the nails and super thin and flat. Also instead of curving down like normal nails should they point up. It’s very ugly. They do amazing designs but the lady did not do good on my nails. The polish is chipping and I only had them for a few days

Both times I’ve gone here I was given an amazing manicure. And if I go in there with a picture of what I want, they give me advice on what shape would look better for my hands. I really like the guy who works there (I’m assuming he’s the owner) he’s extremely good at what he does

When I went they were very nice but the lady that did my nails cut me and left the acrylic all over my finger. She rushed at the end and there is an indent in the nail. I paid $50 definitely not worth the price.

Went in today, my daughter got a full set and I got a pedicure... Super friendly, professional, and very experienced!! My daughter has very sensitive nails and normally the process of a full set is a bit painful, however not this time. She had no pain and they came out the best ever!! 100% recommend this nail salon.

I came in to get a fill twice in one day and the guy told me I should just get a pedicure while I wait for my manicure and they waited so long that after they did my pedicure they said I needed to come back tomorrow cause they were closing

Worst experience ever. I wasnt told that they couldnt do what I asked for until they were done painting my nails and I got nothing even close to what I asked for. They tried fixing them making them look even worse, ignoring me the entire time while I was saying its fine just leave them how they are. Then they tried telling me that they said they couldnt do the design in the first place, which never happened until the end. I was charged extra for a design I didnt want, they could have at least offered a discount. After everything I was so irritated I asked for a refund in which I was told I had to return tomorrow to speak with the owner. I will never return to this salon, after I get my refund.

Paid $80 for a half-assed pedicure by a 13 year old girl that took 1 hour and 35 minutes, a third of that time waiting for them to remember we were there with cold bags of wax on our feet. It is apparent they do not know how to manage their time with customers professionally. I calmly paid for the service while the owner embarrassed himself in front of his customers by raising his voicevoice at me.Bottom line, youre taking a fairly inconvenient risk doing business with this location

Service was HORRIBLE. She was very rude. She didn’t even bother to take her time at all she was rushing through the whole thing and my nails are crooked and not even the same length. I wouldn’t recommend this place and if I could give them 0 stars I would.

After looking forward to a pedicure 4 months I was extremely disappointed they never asked me what kind of pedicure I wanted they never even spoke I asked her to actually massage instead of rub that never happened either I only can guess what they didnt have the paraffin wax or the sea salt scrub or callus remover or anything for that matter because my feet are still as rough now as they were before I went in if all you want are your nails painted there okay but if you actually want a pedicure go somewhere else
