Made a purchase from Walmart.com. OnTrac marked it as delivered to my front door but the package was never delivered to my location. After several attempts to track the package, I was advised that a driver “returned to conduct a search at the delivery location,” however they never did. My package is still missing and I was referred to contact the vendor, which I had already done. I had asked the customer service rep at Walmart to send it via a different carrier but she informed me that wasn’t an option available to her. My replacement package was due to arrive today and guess what… no sign of it. Someone needs to put these guys out of business. There is clearly something shady going on here as many of the reviews reference the same experience.

OnTrac needs to do consumers a favor and go out of business. My package from Walmart has been sitting in redding for 3 days now. Have called corporate many times and even corporate cant get the independent driver to answer the phone. I will no longer buy from any business that uses ontrac for delivery.

The worst of the worst. They have botched every delivery they have attempted and then lie about it later. I would rather have my packages delivered by a drunk postman on the last day of his 30 year career even if the delivery had to be made by horse.But seriously, if you have a problem with these guys, which you will, make sure to contact the vendor.

My package was supposed to be delivered in Corning, Ca. on Monday and according to the tracking number I was given it has been sitting in Redding, Ca. for 3 days. I keep being told the package is out for delivery.This isnt my first bad experience with On trac and if I could give you 0 Stars, thats what you would get.

Terrible customer service, spoke with “Shelly” and she refused to tell me where the terminal was for “on trac” really that’s a great business tactic! I would Never recommend this delivery service!! UPS in my opinion is the best!

I dont like to give 1 star reviews often, but I have some serious concerns here... which it looks like others are experiencing as well.I too, have had multiple orders from Amazon pass through OnTrac to never be delivered. I depend on reliable deliveries for my small business and Im disappointed that OnTrac is even considered in the equation of shipping.This most recent screen shot is the last of many previous shipments which have gone missing. I really encourage folks to be mindful of which shipper your purchases are going through to avoid the headache. :-(

Terrible service! Only company that cant seem to deliver on time EVER have waited 3 weeks for 2 day shipping and now currently waiting 6 days for 2 day shipping! Last time they started a service order just to call me and LIE to me and my package still didnt arrive until 4 or 5 days later.

Driver either did not deliver my package marked and it as delivered, or more than likely the sketchy uhaul contractor that OnTrac uses stole the package and marked it as delivered. I was a little uneasy because it was shipped via OnTrac again. I became very uneasy when the shipment was delayed on the 11th, oh goodness was this happening all over again? But do you know what? I received my package! It only took 51 days two shipments and, like, a dozen interactions with OnTrac and the retailer.1/10 would not recommend.

Last week it reached their facility in Redding , CA but never left. This week same thing this week. Since it’s perishable it has to be thrown out after a certain time. Wasted food every week. I plan my week around this so it’s so frustrating. Don’t use!!!!!

UPDATE!After posting a 1 star review, I was contacted by OnTrac to resolve the issue. They were polite and asked for details regarding deliveries. I have since received packages at my home in a timely manner. THANK YOU OnTrac management for addressing the issues in the Redding office!Have had many negative experiences with Redding On Trac. Drivers mark as delivered and we receive nothing. I recently found mine and my neighbor’s packages (Christmas gifts) at the end of our mile long road, along the a busy street, dumped of the side of the road in the dirt. This is completely unacceptable service! What is going on there? Who’s is held accountable for these occurrences and when will we be able to count on our packages arriving at our homes, as we pay for?

Supposedly my package has been sitting on a shelf for 11 days and counting. I wish I could give them ZERO stars! This is the absolute worst shipping company!! They have either lost my packages, been unable to locate my address, lied and said it was delivered, or lied and said they attempted to deliver. I am missing 10 packages!! The companies I’ve ordered from are resending, but now the same thing is happening again with them. I have called OnTrac at least 6 times trying to resolve these issues, even offered to drive to Redding to pick up my packages myself. Each time they promise the package will arrive or that they’ll “follow up” with me. I’ve never heard back from anyone and my packages have still not arrived (a month after they were supposed to be). Something is going on with the Redding facility and it’s criminal that they keep accepting packages to deliver and then simply “lose” them.

I too would give zero stars if available. Ordered items through Nordstrom Rack and package never arrived. A week later OnTrac was still promising to “look into it” and that “they completely understand my frustration “ ...the employees have all the correct lingo down when you call the corporate office in Arizona. Not one of them followed up and after calling in almost every day for two weeks in effort to find my package (after they “lost” it and then “found” it and then “lost” it (again!)I finally told them unless they were able to convince me that their employees in this facility weren’t stealing my packages .. I was going to call Nordstrom Rack and tell them that their shipping provider whom they have contracts with are stealing their customers packages. The “manager” at OnTrac said go ahead and call. So I did, and I won’t stop there. After seeing all of these recent reviews I’m absolutely convinced criminal/illegal behavior and acts are occurring out of this Redding facility.

Ontrac has multiple Packages of ours for over a week and they say that they will call me back with a update and they have not in two days now and no telling when they will be delivered....smh what a joke this place is

They have lied and marked two packages as delivered but were in fact lost and my third package has gone missing since arriving at the Redding facility. I have filed a complaint with Ontrac but nothing will probably get done. Seems like this company must be taking peoples packages.

If I could give the Zero stars i would. Last month order something from Walmart. Never saw the package. Ordered something from Bath and Body and its now delayed just like the Walmart ordered. The reason was the fires. The fires were not even close to my home or area. This delivery service is a joke!!! They are either throwing peoples deliveries way or stealing them. I think they stealing peoples orders. I think my next call is going to be to the BBB!!!! They need to be investigated!!Update:May 2021 well I was I said if it happened again I was going to the BBB and I did. I have filed a complaint with BBB and I think I may have woke someone up. They lost or have stolen my package from Ulta. It was marked being delivered to my front door. I had been recovering from surgery during this time and the delivery time was at 7:14 pm. I think I would have noticed someone in my yard or at my door at that time at night. As I said I have been home recovering from surgery. So I would have noticed a package at my door right away going the next morning even. I have let Ulta I will no longer be doing online with them if the can confirm OnTrac will not be the delivery service as well as other companies I may business with. If the companies uses OnTrac as their delivery service I will not do business with them. It my right as a customer and consumer.By the way this was the 4the package to end up missing!!!

So I would suggest that they are delaying peoples packages, causing the customer to become upset, ask the seller for a refund... The seller refunds the customer and then tries to recover the missing product... OnTrac then claims the package is lost ... Seller gets insurance... OnTrac finds the package... Dumps it to a third-party auction house (e.g. Huge Amazon Truck Auction)... And theyre profiting on the customers frustration and trust.Turn it over to the County DA and State Attorney General. Youll get answers.

Items ordered from Walmart and promised delivery Tuesday 9/22. It is now Friday Sept. 25th and no delivery!
