I usually go to another nail salon, but figured I’d try this one because it’s less than a mile from my home.My first shock was when I walked in - it didn’t look as clean as the place I go.Second, they don’t use the disposable bags in the chair where you soak your feet. (I wasn’t too comfortable with that).Last - they barely did the heels of my feet & the foot/leg massage was terrible. No hand massage, or lotion after manicure.The lady, Tina, was nice, but it’s a very rushed experience (the girl sitting next to me thought the same, as it was her first time as well).Most likely will not go back.😕

This nail salon is horrible. I came yesterday to change my gel polish, not a manicure. Read that again, not a manicure. The lady kept asking me if it’s a manicure and was being aggressive with the machine while filing down the gel color that I already had. She cut my nails down with the machine without my permission, so now I have basically no nails. The gel polish they use does not even look like gel. It looks like regular polish. This lady had to nerve to charge me 20$. I will not be coming back and I did warn other people not to come. 0 out 0 service

Nice service until you get in there and it’s rush rush rush. I visited this place on 10/23/2020 and the gentleman who works there said he been working for 27 year’s but when it comes to technique he is trash. How in 27 years doe a person not fill in your nails right. Why does a person who is not paying for your nails tell you what you should get. I already need a refill on my nails. And since when does acetone mix with acrylic to do a full set. I recommend ladies don’t go but they do. This place is not the best in Reading Pa.

Been going to the same salon for over 12 years. Very nice amazing people.... Never have I ever or will not change them for anyone in Berks county. They are also very clean with everything before they close they make sure to clean everything with bleach and bathroom are always clean. They also have always treated my daughter and any other kids with respect even the ones that can’t sit still. But I really recommend this salon to anyone coming out of town or that live in town. With appointment wise some people do run late and to keep business running they will take the next person till you get there but for people to try and bash them is a lie and horrible.

I have been going there since 2008, their work is really great, love the deals they have for refill and pedi, or full set and pedi. The prices are great. I can pay roughly around 62$ for a manicure, pedi, eyebrows and a design. Where can you go for that price.. the staff is friendly, short on help but its worth the wait. I recommend going there to anyone.

I went in for one nail to be fixed from a different nail salon...and Us Nails did a great job! I ended up taking the other set off before my FIRST fill because they kept cracking at the end of my natural nail..and the one they did at Us was the only one I couldnt get off easily!I went there today to get the full set put back on and Im so happy with the end results! Theyre thick enough that they wont snap off like the other set was, and thin enough that they dont look bulky. I had to wait a bit because its tax season, but it was worth the wait. They honestly look amazing!

Honestly why can’t they be a little bit nicer, they took out all regular nail polish so what you would had to pick is gel .

They do nice nails but the lady is somewhat rude! She made my choose another nail color after giving me a speech of how long it takes to dry. Then she said why not use gel. Then i wanted my nails a coffin shape and she said it wont look nice short 😒🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Horrible customer service Very rude and if u ask to fix something Danny’s wife Will flip out so unprofessional People pay to get there nail to how they want it! I have called so many times for appointments I get there and they will take other people before me. Nails are beautiful but not Worth my money or time with the way they treat certain people !!!

They were friendly and it was good service overall. My nails came out just how I like them. I’d recommend this place.

Got my eyebrows done she waxed my eyebrow fully off n said i had a scar now it hasnt even grown back irs been 4 months

Despite having an appointment, I waited almost 45 minutes to be seen. No massage given when doing my pedicure or manicure. The nail tech kept sucking her teeth at me when I wasnt relaxing my hand during the mani.

Worst pedicure I have ever had. They are done in like 10 minutes and at the end I even had to ask if she could lotion my feet. I was going here for 2 years because I loved how Tina shaped my nails but this last time I had enough when I had to ask for lotion on a pedicure. I havent been back since, and wont be.

Been going here for two years. Everyone that works here speaks English fluently and can understand them. Place is clean, price is competitive for the area salons. Tina is one of the best nail tech there is. Once you become a regular, you dont have to explain what you want or how you want it done. Best to make an appt but walkins are accepted. Wait time is usually about 20 minutes tops.

Really great place to come to, although they try to convince you go get gel like seven times!

Have been to all nail salons near me and this one was the best. Gave me the shape I wanted, clean place, and friendly.

When i called i was told a regular refill would be $15 when i got there the guy asked me if he can cut the nail down i said no because i like the length so he told me if i didnt let him cut them he would charge me $19 after him pressuring me to cut them a few more times i gave in and let him cut them but i asked to keep the coffin shape i had he said no and insisted on making them square then when it came to painting i asked for black but i wanted it to be matte a woman told me no they dont do matte so i said ok regular polish is fine and then a couple mins later she said if we do matte it will cost more so no matte so when they were done i had short square regular black nails and they wanted me to pay $17 instead of $15

They talk a lot, they do little work badly, my nails were just as dirty and they really wanted to paint it, the place is not useful, I imagine that the good comments they have will be from those of close friends. For me it was all a bad service
