Tenders lecture for everything, constantly hovers near customers. Place has almost nowhere to sit and wait for your laundry, especially considering you may spend an hour or two here. Also the washers are expensive, $5 per wash and their cheaper ones out often. Theres so many passive-aggressive notes and signs everywhere also lecturing customers about kids, bathroom, coins, washers, dryers, radios, baskets and tables. Only upside was the place here has good dryers that dried in about 15 mins. I had a much better experience at Laundry King a few blocks down.

I had to rate after this.... I washed my linen and didnt realize I was missing it over a month later, didnt ever think itll be at the laundromat. So here I am a month and and a half later I come to was my clothes and my husband realized our linen was in the dryer!! Thank goodness they didnt throw it away, they just put an out of order sign in it!! Thank you!!!!!! Great place to come to and they are always clean. 🤗

I had so much clothes I needed washed on a Saturday evening and the Asian guy did them for me. Folded and Seperated them very neatly and STAYED OVERTIME TO GET IT DONE. I respect this place and this mans Buisness. Tip well deserved next return!

Ive been going here for months, never had a problem. I typically use the same washer and dryer everytime. I took my clothes out of the dryer today and a bed bug was crawling on the counter, onto my clothes. I told the front counter lady, I also showed her the bed bug. I then killed it so it wouldnt go elsewhere, the older woman who was cleaning tried to say it was a roach, she insisted that they do have roaches. I wont be going there anymore, thank you!

I usually go 2 kings on 11th n chestnut but decided 2 try this place n never again I spent 11.00 there n did less wash then I usually do at kings n my clothes where still damp. I can do 4 loads at kings wash n dry for 6.00. Ya live n learn

Worst place to do your laundry, the lady at the counter is very unprofessional she told me that I put to many detergent on my clothes so that’s why the machine started liking even though the girl that was next to me had the same problem with her washing machine . Better fix your equipment and lower your prices.

It appears the new owner wants to save electricity ...no air conditioning,dangerously hot.

Ive been going to the Bubble Room for years. Ita typically quiet. Sometimes crowded... Just depends on when you go. Love the fact there is a car wash and air for your tires. It recently came under new ownership and management. It was honestly better under the previous owner. The washers are a little overpriced but its bareable.

I used to go here for almost two years before i moved but for those two years i never had a bad experience!!!! Never i liked it

I dont know how i got slipped a Canadian quarter out of the change machine. But I didnt say anything. Machines are overpriced to begin with. But if you pay $1.25 to dry for half an hour, t-shirts should be bone dry. Totally unacceptable . I only went there because of the parking lot. Never again.

I love washing my clothes there they are friendly and the machines are the right size for my familys clothing and its always clean you can actually use the bathroom there as well

I would never recommend this place to anyone. The employees here, mainly women, are ignorant as hell. My bf left his cell at the house, I called to get him an important message, but the ignorant employee, FEMALE BRUSHES ME OFF AND TELLS ME TO CALL HIS CELL. I HOPE YOUR BUSINESS GOES BELLY UP. WE DONT NEED PLACES LIKE THIS IN BERKS COUNTY. THE ONLY REASON YOU GET 1 STAR IS BECAUSE GOOGLE WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO MAKE THIS POST WITHOUT RATING YOU. THERE SHOULD BE A PIECE OF CRAP SYMBOL INSTEAD OF STARS.

Last wash says 8:30. Open until 10 I came in at 8:20 and was turned away because it was 8:30 after complaining the lady said she was calling the police.
