If you need I.T. support, my recommendation is to keep looking! This company will take your money - having you prepay for bulk hours and then tell you that you are kinda far to send a tech, but maybe we can get one out there in 2 or 3 days. . . .great to hear when your business cannot run without your network.Contacted another company who had us up running within an hour. Now Lynx refuses to refund our money for the hours purchased and not used. . . .almost $800.00!!
