Very rude Technician... Not friendly... Created confusion for check-in when we went first time..... Second time the Appointment was at 2.30pm and they close at 3.00pm... Its 2.35pm and she is in a hurry to leave... And ended up pricking too hard and too fast... They need to change her...Will go to Quest diagnostics next time...

Is actually stupid how they are open till 3pm but there drug screenings are 7am-11am. Please change that I’ve had screenings at other places that are open later in the afternoon, as in quest diagnostics. The only reason for this place is because my work requires this specific place

A lab tech lazily picked my fiances large basilic vein and blew it, leading to days of swelling and bruising, nerve compression, neck pain, and limited use of her arm. Some education on human anatomy and phlebotomy technique is clearly warranted. Coming from an experienced ER nurse, there is no excuse to blow a vein that large on a patient like her.

I needed a drug screen for school. Apparently, for some strange reason the wyomissing location only offers this service from 8am to 11am. Yet, when I arrived during their normal business hours, the staff member at the front desk told me she wouldn’t be able to do it even though not a single person was there and she was filing her nails. At least she is getting paid to sit there but I think those hours should be changed since she clearly has nothing to do around 1pm. I went some where else that offers the service during all of the hours they are open.

Lied to my face and the staff is extremely disrespectful if I wasn’t with my wife it would’ve gotten bad .. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

The worst Labcorp to deal with they don’t answer there phone. You can leave a voicemail they never call back if you go in for a walk in appointment there receptionist acts clueless and acts like your wrong when you have proof of calling the location multiple times. But yet they say you never called. Just a down right joke go some where else.

Drove 30 miles to be told they only do drug screens 7-11 am. Why don’t you put that on your website? The hours do NOT say that, extremely mad

The lab Tech was very friendly and the blood draw was painless and quick. Super fast service. I would recommend this place for diagnostic work. the collection process was top notch.

If you work, you cant go at lunch time because they are closed, which makes it very difficult to get blood work done. Even UPS had to leave boxes outside and who knows what kind of valuable information and equipment is in those packages. There is no handicapped ramp; you have to go up six concrete steps to get to the front door so forget it if you cant do stairs. Make sure they use gloves when they take your blood! Very poor service with no consideration for patients.

Was in and out quickly as I was the only person there, however they only had one person working in the entire place and he struggled to draw my blood successfully. I also needed to do a urine sample and they didnt have the appropriate usual urine sample cups as you would see in any other doctors office. It seemed like the tech did not know what to do and he made it seem like they never have urine sample cups. They gave me a small Styrofoam cup to use and then put a drink lid on top and taped it. The whole experience was just odd and awkward and I will not return to this labcorp lab which unfortunately means I need to drive to a further one due to having to use labcorp for my HMO plan.

Quick and easy - easy to schedule appointment. no long waiting time.Excellent skill - Its not easy to find my veins to draw blood from me, they did it quick, I didnt feel a thing

Very happy with appointment today. I was in and out in 5 mins.The phlebotomist knew what he was doing when drawing my blood without hesitation. If you dont want to have a long wait for lab testing this is the place to go to.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The phlebotomist is also the admin. He didnt know what size needle to use with my 19 month old son. He didnt listen when I told him that hes a hard stick. He attempted to draw blood prior to conpleting any paperwork....smh

I was stopped outside and asked why I was there by a man who was smoking. Turns out, that guy was the only staff on site. He gave a really back impression that made me really uncomfortable so I left immediately. I wont be returning.
