Made an online appointment for 7:20pm (store closes at 8) to have my sons hair cut. My younger son decided he wanted a haircut too at the last minute and under no pressure from is said she would stay late to give my younger son a haircut too. Great service, going the extra mile!

Pretty bad! Waited 30 minutes for one person. Clippers old, not sharp and ripping/pulling my hair out painful. Asked for a 1, got a 2. Quiet no music. For a brand new location they should make sure theyre staffed better and provide stylists with top of the line clippers, your business & reputation is on the line. Im done with all Supercuts now, going to a barber from now on!
