I had back surgery in spring of 2018 and was finally able to begin working out again this past spring. I walked by SoMAFIT on my way to the gym and wanted to join but was intimidated by their strength.. Long story short the owners and coaches are amazing! The coaches watch my form closely, stay after to help me work on a workout I have trouble with and have helped me optimize my nutrition. The encouragement from coaches and fellow teammates while working out is truly motivational to make it through a WOD.
