It is 6:10 pm. I have called th salon twice and let it ring until it either quit or was hung up but was a very long time. I have 4 children and I wanted to get haircuts so I wanted to ask how much supercuts charged for haircuts since the prices are not posted online. Not very professional not to answer the phone in a retaiail establishment on a Monday night at 6:10. Maybe they need to look into their staffing or the quality of their staffing.

I always go to this location to have my color done by Suzanne. The salon uses Paul Mitchell color which I actually love. My color is always shinny and vibrant. Suzanne and all the ladies are very sweet and will make sure your get what your looking for. I do recommend you make a appointment online you get the time that works for you.

Wouldn’t trim my beard because of the MASK THEY FORCED ME TO WEAR, now i could understand that if I was a walk in customer, but I did in fact call and make an appointment and specifically asked if they could trim my beard. “Yes no problem” is what I was told.

I’ve just had my hair cut and like it. It’s a fun experience, kind of nervous at the beginning because of my 1st time. The young lady did a good job. I told her what I needed and how I wanted. With a little bit of my instruction, she did it. And she’s nice, too.Price is very affordable, women hair cut just 16.5 plus tip total 24. Definitely come back.

I made an appointment for 6pm, the shop closed at 8. I confirmed they would have plenty of time to color my hair.Tina was the stylist. I requested specifically about what I wanted, unfortunately I didnt get it. My hair was a gold/brass color afterwards, I wanted a light brown, it just seemed, she was convinced she knew what I wanted without clearly hearing me out. When I tried to discuss this, she was offended and got rude, and wouldnt listen. I feel she knew she messed up bc, she said a few times I could come back tomorrow and have it fixed.

Been going here for 5 years. I have always gotten the best cut. Rose and her staff are professional, the store is always clean and I always get the best haircuts. I have never left unsatisfied. Keep up the good work girls!

I started going here for speed and convenience. Most of the time I get someone who is pretty good and they listen to what I want. Sundays however, i do not recommend. The staff, one in particular, did not listen and gave me a very short cut after I expressly told her I just needed a trim. She also turned the chair away from the mirror so I could not see what she was doing. I asked for texture on top - didnt do it. I will not let her cut my hair again - Dont go on a Sunday! She also smelled heavily of smoke, not good for a business who is up close with their clients.

The owner is great. Rose is her name. Mybe she is just the manager but this shop is clean,stylist friendly and do a great job.

DO NOT GO HERE! ROSE THE MANAGER gave me the worst haircut! I had the worse haircut by Rose the Manager. She knew She gave me a bad cut. She shaved half the back of my head and I told her I wanted it long. I am cancelling the charge with my credit card company. This is the worse Supercuts! DO NOT GO HERE!

Extremely rude. Had my 2 years old with autism get his haircut there. The lady was extremely impatient and rude to him, he came home with razor cuts/burns on the back of his neck. We wanted to complain but they said none of it happened and lied. Fortunately there are plenty of other haircut places in the surrounding area that was way nicer and patient. I dont rate things online often but when it comes to my child, it is personal.

Suzie is great, theres hardly ever a wait time and the prices are reasonable.The staff is always kind and well informed on products.In fact I left the place I was going and started coming here because of the staff.

Terrible place to get your haircut. Im not sure how many people work here, but there is a worker there that cut my hair and REEKED of marijuana and alcohol. I specifically told her how I wanted my hair and she did the opposite. She was talking on the phone while cutting my hair, so Im not sure if that had something to do with it. Im not sure if she was under the influence, but there is no way someone could mess up such a simple haircut. I guess you get you what you pay for. Im sure there are other stylist that cut hair better, but the lady (mid 20s) that cut my hair was not professional. She is also the bosses daughter, so I doubt anything would happen to her even though I complained.

The only go to this salon for one reason and one reason only! Jessica is a great worker.. I only go in when she works.. She does my color and cut as well as my waxing.. She is the only one I trust to do my waxing!! The boss on the other hand is highly unprofessional most of the time.. I hear it more and more when I mention that store.. But I would recommend Jessica!

The woman who cut my hair, did an amazing job! It was my first time here, I am growing out a pixie cut and she knew just what I wanted and she was fast!

If I could, I would have put zero stars. Walk in with my son to get his hair cut today and was told 10 minutes, after that it’s like we didn’t exist. Within those 10 minuets and some, one girl walked out the back door to go talk on her phone. Another girl disappeared after she was done with her customer. Then the girl who was on her phone came back into to cut a boys hair and that turned into two girls working on this boys hair. No one was letting us know what was happening and how much longer it would be. I understand things happen but two people on one person and then people disappearing like they don’t even want to work is a bit discouraging.

Ive been going here 14 years, nvr had and issue with Rose or any of her Staff. Always willing to give their customers the best and make the customer happy with the style of choice. The location is very easy to find, in Raymore or Belton, close to everything. Hi Rose 🌹

Worst hair cut ever..I said dont cut my bangs as i am growing them out...she trimmed them..now they full on bangs. One side of my hair is at a 1/2 shorter then the other side. Try paying more attention to you clients then your family. Most hair dressers can talk and cut, this one apparently does not have that skill.

I have been there 3 times and my hair was totally uneven. I have learned my lesson, you will never see me there again. When I was there last you only had one person working with 3 persons ahead of me. I saw 4 customers come in looked and walked out. I cant see how your organisation makes money.
