Great Service, responds promptly and is very helpful both with advice on fixing an existing computer or potentially buying a new one. 10/10 service, is polite and upfront/honest with repairs, parts and service costs. This is a genuine customer review I don’t know Nelson personally and I still recommend his services. He allows you to order the parts yourself which allows you to have input into the repair and see the genuine cost with no upcharging involved.

I cant praise Nelson highly enough. My computer feels better than brand new. I will unquestionably be bringing him all my future computer work, like my wifes unbearably slow laptop.

Excellent service. Nelson recently helped me recover from a Microsoft update gone bad. He quickly recovered my files and got my computer back up and running. He then followed this with recommended components for a new build. I purchased the components and nelson built the computer and migrated my files. Beyond happy with the service and the awesome new computer.
