I brought my elk in there and for a standard cut and wrap I made a clean shot so there isnt any waste. I came in and the lady was very rude the entire time I was in there. When I got my elk back I was missing at least half of my back straps. I worked at a meat processing plant in idaho when I was younger for 5 years so i know what Im doing And the cost was very expensive highly recommended not going there ever.

They told us one price on the phone and they jacked the price up after we got there. Poor service.
