We hired this company for an inspection. They only opened up #1 cover? What about the rest of it? They were only at the residence for 1 hour. They even left to get a new cover and came back. They charged us over $500 and didnt even do a full inspection! They never even provided us with a licence number? Very disappointed! POOR COMPANY!

I have used them to service several properties and they have time and time again done great work. Always very good and easy to work with. I recommend them to anyone looking for septic work.

The men from Dimmick are wrapping up an emergency call at our dental office just about now (9:00 PM). The problem was detected at 1 PM, and they arrived before 5. It turned out to be an issue outside the building that required Steve Michelis team from Barre City to resolve, but the Dimmick crew stayed on until it was clear we were in the clear. Without their expertise and strong effort this could have been a disaster. Thank you Jay and Jason for a job well done! And, of course, hats off to the men at Barre City Water & Sewer as well.

Oh, if only you could leave a negative star review.There has been a portapotty at my house FOR 7 DAYS. ok, so really it’s only 5 days longer than it was supposed to be here. It smells AWESOME!! The guests we had last night who had the pleasure of camping next to it - big fans.I called to see when it was being picked up. ‘Oh, today, for sure today (already one day late).Day two: ‘oh, I think they were all picked up’ (looking out my window, I must disagree)Day three: ‘for sure today. We’re really busy (clearly not with the rental side of the business)10 AM Day four: ‘it will absolutely be picked up today’.3PM Day four: (out running errands before guests arrive) ‘we have picked it up’5PM Day four: ummm, so it’s still here ‘oh, yes. Our truck broke down, we’ll get it tomorrow’Day five: arrive home 2PM. You’ll never guess. ‘We had an emergency and our technician was called out.Crickets....Any suggestions on removal of an abandoned portapotty are most welcome

Worst company out there ... told me my Leach field failed and I was gonna be charged between $10,000- $40,000 for a new Leach field.I then got a second opinion and found out Dimmick was out to just get my money.. Not only did they lie but they charged for them training another worker.... Horrible horrible people...

There is no way I am going to pay anyone 2,500 and then wait for a quote for the actual work to be done.

Overpriced.
