I contacted Greg Bunavicz at Borderlands because we found we needed an instrument survey of our property in advance of a house sale to determine the need for moving part of a fence. Greg was able to complete the survey in pretty short order--even before the deadline he had given us. He did a thorough review of the records held by the city of Boston and completed the instrument survey.
