We came across Secure Card Services many years ago. We love them. I can call or email them and get a response and a solution immediately, even on the weekends or early mornings. Some Credit Card service companies and banks give the industry a bad name, but these folks make up for it. They are awesome to work with, I dont even think about shopping around for better rates not that I expect I could find any. They send me paper for my terminal and also send me new terminals when needed. Never are my rates inflated. I find working with this company so helpful that I am using them for another small company and I recommend them to anyone that asks.

Aggressive and deceptive telemarketing practices. They called my business twice within fifteen minutes. I told them we dont accept credit cards, and they kept on trying to convince me that we were already doing business with them. When I called out their deception, the telemarketer just went back to the top of her script. If we get another call, I will report them to the FTC.
