If you ever feel lost in building a PC, I would highly recommend Edwards services. Not only is Edward very professional but he is also patient and understanding of my lack of computer knowledge. He set everything up for me and my PC (that I had trouble building) was up and running in no time.

This week my Main Office computer died. Ed was very responsive and diagnosed that the hard drive dies. He was able to clone and double my hard drive size and had it up and running in no time at all. And the price was more than fair. I cant tell you how much time & aggravation he saved me. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent customer service, and service etiquette. They fixed the problem. Way better than calling some 3rd party person on the phone and paying them ungodly amounts of $$$ for crazy device. Thanks for your help.

I dropped off an iphone 5s after it had went though the wash, the phone turned on after I dried it out but the battery wouldnt last. I payed them to diagnosis it and after over a week and a half they still hadnt touched the phone so I picked it back up. They gave the excuse that it takes time to remove the water. I am an electrical engineer who used to do computer repairs, this is not a legitimate excuse for the time it has taken. They never even offered a refund, I do not recommend going there.

He did a good job for me hooking up cascading routers that I was having a problem with. He is very professional and very knowledgable and I would highly recommend him if you are having difficult computer issues.
