Kathleen failed to listen , steamrolled over vitally important issues, create a huge mess and over charged. She failed to return calls or emails as promised. I retained a more competent family law attorney to rectify the family law issues that could have been avoided.

Kathleen and her staff are excellent at what they do! Although it may seem costly, you cannot put a price on what they can do for you, especially when children are involved. I cant speak to anyones experience with Kathleen but my own. After wasting 7 months in a collaborative process, with a non-collaborative ex, I went to Kathleen. She is direct, to the point, and keeps her eyes on the goal. If Kathleen says it can be done, she will find a way to do it. What she wont do is waste your time or money telling you what you want to hear. Having said that, divorce is hard, and Kathleen knew exactly when to hold my hand, hug me or tell me I was being unrealistic. With her vast network of amazing professionals, my divorce was over, signed sealed and delivered less than 2 weeks from my date of separation, even after the 7 month delay. All my my exs crazy ass requests were squashed. Kathleen keeps it real, which for some may not be a good fit. But if you want someone to handle your divorce like a business transaction, while supporting you behind doors with all the emotions, Kathleen is the only person to reach out to.

I appreciate the work that Kathleen Murphy did for me. She counseled me through child custody mediation and negotiated a settlement for support. I paid an upfront fee for services which was welcomed after feeling nickel-and-dimed at another attorney office. The greatest benefit was that Kathleen and Melissa were always open to calls and meetings to answer our questions and concerns about the case. She even gave me her cell phone number. Kathleen was tough when we needed her to be and she calmed us down when we were mad at the counter claims. I did not get to see Kathleen in the courtroom (fortunately), but I am grateful that the matter is settled and that I knew exactly how much the attorney fees were going to cost me in advance.
