Chris was awesome! Gave me options to pick from based on the layout of the home and also walked me step-by-step through using the system and operating the app. I couldnt have asked for a better experience not to mention he showed up right on time, at the top of the hour of the time window I was given while I had to wait 4 hours for the AT&T technician to show up! If only SFI offered fiber...Thanks again Chris!!! Oh, and I didnt even mention Brent in the front office who gave me price quote options, offered me multiple discounts and made himself available for multiple questions via text message even. I highly recommend SFI!

Chris came to my home and not only helped me with my security he also fixed my thermostat. It is 90 degrees in my home and he took time to look at the thermostat, change the batteries, and wait until cool air was coming out. I recommend Chris and SFI to anyone.

Chris and Eric were so great today in Raleigh. They were here helping a neighbor get set up. I popped my head out the door to see if they would help me move a rug and they did. Shelly always takes care of things in a timely manner and makes sure we are taken care of, our system is working properly, and stays in contact with us when we have issues until they are resolved. I cannot say enough great things about them (or her). We recently had an issue with our system, it was fixed. Shelly took it upon herself to contact me when she noticed we may be having the same issue again, BEFORE we even knew about it! THATS customer service. She treats the place like she owns it, and her customers can tell.

I have been using Security Force since before the name change for a total of 5 years. Every single interaction over this time has been a very positive experience. They have never engaged in the customer unfriendly practices you hear about from the large national companies and I will stay with them as long as they are in business! Pricing is very competitive and if you buy your own equipment from them, their warranty program is excellent. I say this because they are coming to replace my main unit tomorrow for a very modest co-pay.

There were a few features I thought of after the original consult on the phone and Chris helped me decide what features to add and which ones I did not need! He even swept the floor before he left! He was so patient with me while I learned the system. I love all the features and feel very secure in my home now! I cannot recommend this company enough!
