They are so very very awful, it’s been 5 months and they still haven’t been able to implement health insurance for the company I work for after we signed up in January, it’s now May. I’m pregnant and had to go out to private insurance because I couldn’t wait any longer on them and couldn’t continue to pay the cobra from the last company. We have people on cobra from our last payroll company insurance waiting on them to get their ducks in a row. Every time the rug is pulled from underneath us and they come up with some excuse. We even have employees they deducted insurance money from for a few weeks after people signed up and then they pulled back and our whole company had to do the insurance forms a second time?? They dropped the ball and have poor communication. Our rep seems like he doesn’t even care
