They were very prompt , did a good job and a fair price. Unfortunately they broke some of my fence and didnt tell me. I didnt notice until after they left. Did they think that I wouldnt notice it ? I fixed it myself. If they had just told me I would have said that it was ok . They also put two large empty oil containers in my neighbors recycle bin. They cant be recycled because they have oil in them . She didnt have room in her garbage can so I put them in my can. I wanted to give them five stars but they should have told me about the fence.

We had two large trees removed this morning that had been rotting through and we were concerned would fall. Ezekiel and his crew were great! He was able to come out the day after we called him to give us a free estimate. His prices were very reasonable and his crew was available to come out a week later to remove the trees. They worked safely, quickly, and efficiently. We couldnt believe how fast they were able to take down the trees! We asked them to be careful of surrounding plants and they made sure to keep wood from falling on our other shrubs. They cleaned up the area around the trees nicely and left large rounds for us to use as firewood. We will definitely call Five Star Tree Service in the future for other tree concerns and services. Came out fast and got the job done fast. I live out in Bellevue and their price was about 2/3 the cost I was quoted from other tree service companies from Bellevue. They scheduled me within a week and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them for great service and price.

They were timely, professional, yet friendly and all the crew work really well together as a team which is not typical for this type of service. The crew got down to work and hustled. Very impressed and we would use them again in a heart beat.

Zeke was out the next day to give me an estimate, which was VERY reasonable and 2 days later, his crew was out bright and early getting the work done. They were on time, quick and did great work. Five Star is the best name for this company. Ezequiel responded quickly, came out and gave the quote for removing one large tree between our house and the house next door, plus a few smaller trees in the back yard. He also noticed some cut brush I had in the side yard and offered to chip that up as well. I was impressed with his confidence and professionalism, and the price was good so we set an appointment for the work a few days later. He said they would start at 8:00AM and they did! He actually got here quite a bit earlier to prep their equipment, sharpen up saws, etc. but they started working on the trees right at 8:00. I had to leave for work but checked in with my wife a few times during the day. She said he definitely knows what he is doing as they made short work of a nasty tree in pouring rain conditions. By the time I got home the trees were gone and the yard was cleaned up better than I expected. We did not want to keep the firewood so Ezequiel arranged to have someone come and get it. Dan, who picked up the wood was also on time, polite, and efficient. An all around great experience and worth every penny!I can see why he has a lot of repeat customers. I will be one too! 5 Star did a great job removing a huge cottonwood on my property. They felled the tree and took away the debris, leaving the property clean. They didnt damage any surrounding planting or grounds. And it only took a few hours. I called them based on the reviews and they totally lived up to the reputation. The price was super reasonable. Ill be calling them again and highly recommend them.

Then when we were ready to have the work done he scheduled it right away. They were right on time. Again highly recommend, very nice work!

Fantastic experience with this company. We called for a bid and they returned our call promptly and scheduled a bid for the following day. They came out and did a thorough walk through of what they planned to do and gave us a very competitive bid. We scheduled them to come out today (3/26/18). Ezekial and his crew did am amazing job! They showed up 15 minutes early and got right to work, and within two hours my 60 foot sweet gum was taken down to a foot below grade and all the usable wood was cut into 16 inch rounds and piled up. They cleaned up every last leaf and twig too. I will never call anybody else for my tree needs. These guys are awesome! Plus they were super competitive with pricing!

Amazing service!First off let me say that I don’t just hand out 5 stars for a company doing the job they said they will do, but5 star tree service and Ezekiel went ABOVE and BEYOND what we expected.Their estimate was lower than any of the other FOUR estimates that we gotby a large margin.The turnaround time expected from time of estimate to time they could start the job was weeks sooner than the other tree services.We had a big job with three trees over 100 feet very close to our house and several other smaller trees and they forecasted that it would take about three days, but Ezekiel and his crew finished the job in 1 and 1/2 days to include mulching all of the branches and grinding down all of the stumpsPLUS two older stumps that were here prior.Contacting and communicating with Ezekiel was always a breeze.And last but not least they were very prompt and were actually early the second day.I would use this service again in a heartbeat if needed without getting an estimate from any other company and I will suggest them first to my own family and friends.Look no further. Damaged my fence and gate when he ran into it with his truck. Gave a $100 discount on a $2500 job, but refused to fix the damage. Now I have to dig out the old post, break up the old concrete, put a new post and fix the section of fence that was damaged when the gate ripped it down. Several hours of work and more than $100 discount.

I hired Five star tree service to remove 4 huge trees from my property in seatac. Their price was reasonable. I actually got a much better deal than any of my friends who used others. They were punctual. They showed up got right down to business. By days end the giant trees were gone. I have never seen a more hard working human being. At the end of the long day, all I wanted to do was pay them and get them on their way. They didnt want to take the payment until my drive way clean from debris. I highly recommend them for future tree removing projects.

Came out the day I called to give me a free estimate. They gave me the best price for the work, out of the 4 services I called. Came out later that week and took removed several trees from precarious places without damaging any nearby property. Cleanup of small limbs and brush material was thorough and fast.

On 15 DEC 2018 I mad an appointment with Five Star Tree Service for a 20 DEC 2018 consultation / quote. The schedules appointment time came and went. Five Star Tree Service was a no show. The company did not call or text to let me know they could not honor their appointment. After texting, I learned that the company forgot about my appointment. The owner is moving and has a lot on his mind! I will find another reliable company, one run by professionals. Thanks for nothing Five Star Tree Service!

After dealing with a bunch of outrageous quotes, and businesses who don’t return calls I found Five Star. I sent them a message on their website to get a quote, and was emailed back promptly by a rep who came the next day to write me a quote. We set a date for later that week and they came on time and ready to work. There was a crew of four and they all worked as a team to get the job done safely. The job was to cut down a 160’ Douglas fir with root rot which was right next to power lines, and they made it look easy. They cut it down piece by piece and made the rounds the size I requested so I can split it up for firewood. I live on Vashon Island where you might be faced with undependable business owners, so I will be recommending these guys for sure. There was no drama, they showed up, were friendly, worked their butts off till the work was done, and they did it safely.

Eziquel did a very very challenging job for me on Vashon. It was on an incredibly steep hill side. The job was clearing a view of a damaged alder and removing the ivy off a 70 foot fir tree hanging over the drop off. He managed to do what others didnt want to, and did it professionally and rather quickly. I would recommend his to others.
