My wife and I experienced rude staff and unprofessional service. Following was seemed to be a successful oil change, we exited the shop and immediately heard something dragging under my car. I stopped in the middle of the road and checked under my car. Sure enough, there was a piece of my car dragging underneath. My wife and I turned around and reentered the shop to explain my new issue. While explaining to the gentleman with the iPad the noise, my wife and I overheard another staff member in the back yelling, it was already like that. However, this couldnt have been more of a lie. The gentleman initially asked me of any issues concerning my vehicle and I answered best of my knowledge. After I explained to the staff that it wasnt like this before, one of them in the back rudely said, so Im a liar?!Subsequently, my new issue was resolved within seconds. My wife and I couldnt believe the rude comments and lack of professionalism we got from the staff. I will go anywhere else but JiffyLube next time

Me and my boyfriend have been very busy and we didnt have time to go to the place where we usually get our oil changed. Before coming to jiffy lube we tried another place but they were booked out a week. The guys got both of our cars done in 15 minutes at most and we didnt have to get out of the car! They never seem to judge when I always opt for the conventional oil change, which makes me feel less stressed when interacting since I’m such an introvert. Thank you team, at this location! I have been going to this one store for a long time. Every employee I have come in contact with gas gone above and beyond in their customer service. They are timely and Ive never has an issue of any kind.

The staff are friendly and professional. Very pleased. Probably wont go back though. I have a pretty standard engine that takes pretty standard oil. They only carry my cars recommended oil in synthetic. So I ended up paying $20 extra when I should have just gone with conventional. Next time Im making my husband take it in...to somewhere else!But seriously, the staff were so nice and did a great job. Very fast. I kind of like the new drive thru service.

I rarely if ever post reviews on Google but had to this time. This place is not very good. Had an oil chafe service done and led to nothing but bad results. In short they forgot to secure the under carriage cover and oil filter. Both fell off on I-90 and caused damage to our vehicle. Will never use this place again, nor jiffy lube, ever again. Save yourself the agony and just avoid this place of business.

In and out in a jiffy (pun not intended). The staff was delightful especially for 8 am on a cold Sunday morning. They were competent and personable. Their covid precautions (you stay in your car during the service appointment) were on point and I honestly found it rater informative. It was cool to hear them go through their checklist. Ive always trusted them but there was something about hearing the list called out and confirmed that made me happy to be a repeat customer.

This location was busy and they seemed to only have 2 people doing oil changes. Overall i waited about and hour from the time I pulled up to the time service was done. The technicians were nice so that was a plus.

I went in for standard oil change. The manager asks if he can check my cabin air filter for me and I said yes. He begins looking to discover it isnt where it normally is. He thought that was weird so I decided to Google it. It was located behind the glove compartment. I figured I would tell him so he would know for the next time he needed to do a car like mine. 2007 Acura TLHe asked if I would like him to still check mine now that he knows where it is. I said yes.In the process he had to remove the whole glove compartment. He was having difficulty doing this and managed to break the tabs on both sides completely off. The tabs that hold the glove compartment secure to the car frame. He had his tools on my passenger seat and was laying across the seat while trying to remove and reinstall the compartment. In doing this whole process he managed to rip the seat.He gave me a discount for the air filter, but what about the ripped seat and broken glove compartment??

I truly appreciate the way the men took care of me. They made sure my car was in top condition, and they were all so kind and courtesy.

Mariah was awesome. I was in a new to me car and she explained that I had nitrogen in my tires (I had never ever heard of that) and what that meant- something the dealership didnt even tell me. She found a better coupon than what I presented which was above and beyond. She was friendly and provided great customer service. Ive been a long time Jiffy Lube customer, but I will definitely be back to this location for my next oil change.

All the guys working there look like they love their job. Which we all know thats probably not true. I really appreciate those guys. They didnt pressure me to buy extra stuff that I dont need. Highly recommend

Manager on duty was extremely unprofessional. Yelling at employees for joking with customers. The techs where awesome. Did a great job! But the boss was a complete jackass and dosnet belong in a management role at all.

The crew was AMAZING! I took my fathers car in for an oil change and I was out of there in the perfect amount of time for me to get to work. The gentleman named Joe who talked to me was super professional and he went threw the recommendations for my fathers vehicle so smoothly to where I understood. The crews communication was loud and clear to where I can hear it in my cab. It made me feel safe knowing my fathers car was in good hands. Fast service. I took my car through the car wash prior to my oil change and the noticed that but dripped oil down the front of my car and didnt bother cleaning it up. Ill still go back for the convenience of them.

I truly appreciate that Mariah amd Caleb provided outstanding service today. They went above and beyond to get me the product I needed today. Came in on the 4th of this month with my sister for an oil change. Mariah was helping us and she was extremely friendly and helpful, despite the fact that they were short staffed! She kept me updated on the wait and was friendly and relatable the entire time. As someone who has worked many customer service jobs I know how hard it can be to remain upbeat during busy times, especially when youre short a few people. The rest of the service staff was very quick and did their best to keep up with the line. I have to say I will definitely be going back here for my oil changes!

My over all experience with the JiffyLube service was quick and easy with a short wait time. Their checks were thorough and the shop was definitely determined to provide a quick and satisfactory experience for me as a customer. Unfortunately, the reason I’m giving this location a 2 star review is due to the lack of professionalism I received by an employee by the name of Bryce. Upon getting my oil changed, I was asked to pop the hood of my car, and honestly told him I didn’t know how because I wasn’t familiar with the lever that’s hidden near my pedals. That was no problem and he found it for me, which I appreciated. What I didn’t appreciate was, while the guys were changing my fluids was him vocalizing “yeah bro, she said she never even popped the hood on her car before.” That being said, it definitely was a degrading experience to have something said like that in front of me with my window down and didn’t leave me feeling very good sitting there while I had the rest of my service completed. Other than that, the only thing was that they forgot to reset computer in my car for the oil change so I called and they kindly guided me on how I can do it on my own. Other than the instance that I experienced, I wouldn’t not recommend anyone here because it gets the job done when you need a service done quickly without an appointment.

Tony took extra care with underneath service and noticed an oil leak i didnt know about on my vehicle with over 300k on it. Very much appreciated.

Visited to change my oil on my commuter as I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to do it myself like I normally do. 3000 miles later I am changing my oil again and notice the filter is the same one from NAPA that I installed 6000 miles ago.. so I paid $60 for an oil change and they didn’t even change the filter... unbelievable.

Super fast and amazing service! Brought my second husbands truck in and had an amazing experience here at the South Hill Jiffy Lube. Vacuuming was perfect and made a load of difference to the look of my car. I was in and out in a quick 12 minutes. That’s even better than what’s advertised! I had one complaint however. Although I didn’t catch any names there was one gentleman who had longer hair and glasses and his appearance was somewhat deterring. I do expect to be greeted by clean employees because employee appearance is what keep customers coming back. I do not want to talk to an employee with greasy hair and bad breath. Overall however the experience was well worth it and I will continue to come here. Thank you South Hill Jiffy Lube!

I just left work and drove up for an oil change. Someone walked out and said oil change? I said maybe, how much does it cost? She said, regular oil? I replied 5w30 blended synthetic. $67.99 - I said that was more than I normally pay at Meinke. She said...from what I hear, they used recycled oil...Id be careful with that. Plus, it would be a bit of a wait anyway.I drive a mid-sized sedan that is 10+ years old. I dont mind paying $30 or $40 for my oil change but, $67.99.....yikes. I had to snap a picture to show the empty drive bay and share my experience.

The lower bay is disgusting and this is an overall terrible place! The manager treats employees like absolute trash and yells at them while lookin like a cluckerhead

The new COVID practices take some getting used to but theyre still just as friendly and efficient as ever. Though pulling my car into the bay was a nerve wracking experience. Ive seen too many videos of that going wrong lol.

Vacuuming could have been better, but I had other places to be and had objects on the seats that I didnt want jostled. Pretty courteous if you ask me. Super fast! Less than 15 minutes!

Super nice and helpful. I stopped in before the snow storm hit, to see if they would check my antifreeze. Not only did he do that, he also checked my oil and topped both the oil and antifreeze off for no charge. I would highly recommended this place.

I needed an oil change. My car was in an atrocious state and they still tried to vacuum it. Cleaned my windows too. Said nothing about it, were super nice and fast.

Under no circumstance should you get your oil changed here. When I went last December, within a week the oil drain plug FELL OFF while I was driving, and my car hemorrhaged all of its oil. The workers here arent adequately trained, and did not tighten the plug correctly. Thankfully the engine wasnt destroyed. Ive been going to Jiffy Lube for about 5 years now, but will never again after this disaster. I received a refund, but they were completely unapologetic. Do the change yourself or at your dealer- youll save a lot of money and headache.

Went for an oil change on October 28, 2018. Staff was incredibly friendly and the man who checked me in gave me his honest opinion on certain things my car needed. Overall visit took 10-15 minutes. Why can’t every business operate like these guys do? Outstanding!

They actually left a tool in my car while changing my oil!!!! The tool melted causing over $1500.00 dollars in damage!!!! Trying to get them to take care of the repairs. Its been a month!!!! No answer!!!!
