I love going to Postnet, the employees always greets you with a smile and willing to help and go extra mile. I would like to mention Hans, he was so patient and helpful, even though my transaction was only 20 cents. In summary, this is how every employee should treat customers. Great job Postnet in hiring such great people.

Good place to go ship for usps,FedEx, and ups. They also have po boxes and printing. Very helpful and is a small store.

I went in to send packages to Vietnam and Hawaii. PostNet workers were extremely helpful, fast and the best thing, I didnt have to wait in line for 30min at the post office (again). Well worth the few dollars extra. 👍👍👍

They made SURE my next day shipment to NC from WA got on and I made it in the Knick of time!T he young man (Jakobi) was SUPER receptive to what I needed without even fully communicating it! I wasnt too excited about the price I had to pay to ship a piece of paper but thats not his fault.☆☆ And then I even got a fricken POSTCARD in my mailbox a week or so later feom Jakobi and the team!THAT IS AWESOME AF! Hella old school polite I LOVE IT!!😊SUPER SATISFIED WITH THAT PLACE!

I sent my teenage son into the store to ship a small shoes box sized package. It was ship-ready. The associate told my son he needed to use their box to ship it which was $12. All in all a package that weighed 1.3 lbs cost me $53.00 to ship from Puyallup to Ohio. Upon looking at the receipt I noticed they charged me for a 10 lb box! I went back to the location to retrieve my package and get a refund, which they did do; but refused to reimburse me for the box they fraudulently sold my son. I have used this location several times, but will not return. Such dishonest business tactics. I couldnt believe they tried to take advantage like that.

My first time ever going to post net.I went 1/11/2020 @ 10:59 AMAriel helped me. I have an item to be boxed and mail. She asked for address to destination and my address and phone number. Then she measured item. She said, it will cost$45.00. I said, that is to much. How much to send regular mail? She said, $17.42. I said, perfect. She went to back room boxed it up. Came out said, heres your box. I said, arent you going to mail it? Ariel said, I can for $45.00. I said, you told me it will be $17.42. She just looked and said, no.I said, I know your manager. She said, shes not here much and I mentioned Koby and she said, yea same there too.I am giving 3 stars cause I know its family owned and I just want them to know how this all could have taken care of a lot better. Ariel needs to make things clearer. I still have the box and will have to go to the post office Monday. When it all could have happened at my time at post net.

This is the best, most caring, and greatest problem solving, shipping store Ive ever dealt with!!! I had such an awkward, heavy piece of art that needed to be shipped. First I came in for quotes to 6 different European countries. Reamy was so kind, and offered me every option, all the prices, and gave me pointers on shipping international.Then I had to go back a little later and get a new quote. This time Genny helped me, she was also so nice, and jumped on the phone to see what the best quotes she could find for me.Finally shipping day came. Erin began helping me, also calling around to get the best pricing she could for me. Her and Genny teamed up, on my behalf, and got me the best shipping price, and options possible. I also had them pack the piece for me, and no air-filled piece of plastic was spared!!! Genny did an amazing job of making sure that ever vulnerable part of the sculpture was reinforced, and overall made sure it was such as could be in its box.If you have to send anything.... ESPECIALLY something of importance, go to this store, and have them take away any worries.

Be very very sure that going here you are willing to give away your money and if you documents are time sensitive you might want to go somewhere else I had time sensitive home buyer papers that I needed faxed well they faxed them and my loan officer emailed me back with a document that was unreadable and when I asked post net for a refund because now my day was pretty much ruined from this because now I must hand deliver the papers which was a huge inconvenience they said sorry I talked to my co worker not a manager and they said everything has been working fine so its impossible for it to be from them. Didnt know that they were 100 percent sure that nothing could possibly go wrong well I guess that was the worst 22 dollars Ive ever spent post net I will never step foot through your doors again thank for messing up my day but from the phone conversation sounds like you really dont care

I’ve been doing business with Post It on Meridian in Puyallup for several years I never experienced rudeness from any of the employees. They are always professional and friendly with their customers.I preferred using there services than the Post Office.Thank you Post Net employees.

If you go and look at the photos posted with google I posted a picture of an amazing project that postnet did for me for my wedding! I wanted custom seed packets for my wedding that say “let love grow...” and postnet help me design them to exactly what I wanted and as you can see they look amazing. Alex did an awesome job at them and I’m so excited for these to be handed out at my wedding! Thank you postnet for your creativity and speedy service!

I ordered some invitation prints and had to do it all via email. They were quick to respond and the invitations looked great! They even cut them down for me so they had nice edges!

Shipped here during the Christmas rush and had a good, quick experience. The convenience fee was worth a lot less than the hours I didnt spend in line.

Had them send a fax for me. It was quick cheap and virtually painless.

Called corporate and they are the most rude and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. If you are a business owner beware and stay away from this company. They seem to forget it’s the customers and business owners who keep them in business. I will be reaching out to the head of customer relations, because even though the man I just spoke with refused to give me their supervisors name, I will find out who it is and file a formal complaint.

Stopped by two ship a package today, UPS label printed and ready to go. All I needed was to tape the top of the box closed - post net answer to that is $1.25 charge. Great stuff and the last time I will do business there. Just shipped thru FedEx Kinkos earlier in the day and had the complete opposite experience.

I copied 5 sheets, music sheets. It cost me $ $3.72. The clerk copied on oversized papers and i asked her to trim the edges. She charged me $2.00 for cutting. I thought it was free when i asked but the receipt doesnt lie. I have it on file. I would never go there and i will spread this rip off.
