They did a wonderful job on my older cars windshield.

Very polite and very patient. Easy step process with them no frustration or confusion. Alot of places would get upset about having to leave a voicemail or even call another number to leave information about estimates an pricing, not meridian glass they were able to do both im glad they did cause i was stressing i might have to deal with an angry customer service person but nope that was not the case at all. Im getting a single pane window i couldnt be happier.

These folks are nice and easy to work with for all sorts of glass. We have replaced mirrors, clock faces, and windows with them. No job is too small and their prices are reasonable. Highly recommended!

I was really hoping to be able to use this business because it is family owned and I wanted to support a local business. They sent someone out to measure a couple of broken windows. They took the measurements back to the office and were supposed to call me with a quote. After a couple of days, I called them multiple times with no answer. I left a message after calling several times and I did not get a call back for several days. It took them 10 days just to call me to give me a quote after the day they measured. April 5th was the measurement day and I was just called back today, April 15th. This is incredibly unacceptable.

Great service start to finish, We called other glass companies and they said they were 4-5 weeks out, called Meridian glass Scott came out in less a week, gave us a bid, and installed in 2 weeks, Did a great Job!

These guys are heroes. We had a family emergency and needed a sliding glass door replaced. These guys helped us quickly and were priced well below other competitors. If you need anything done where glass is involved, call these guys!

Great people and great service. They glassed in several of our kitchen cupboard doors a few years ago. A week ago, they cut me a sheet of glass for a picture frame. Big or little jobs, theyre good for it.

Ive used Meridian glass twice within the last two months, and though they offer great prices and seem to do good work I feel they lack in customer service especially in regards to arrival times. First time I was told arrival between 10-11 for service and was only called after 12 to be told they were running behind and they didnt show up for another 1-2 hours. I had a family member at the house since I was working so its frustrating to have told them a certain time then having to wait even longer. I decided to give them another chance (partially because they already have my measurements for a window I needed repair) and once again they had no respect for arrival time. I called day before and confirmed I was scheduled as first appointment of the day arrival 9-10am. I had a family member at the house again and they kept me updated each hour that no one was there yet so I called the main office and the lady was confused saying they should have been there she called me back after calling them and found they went to a job in Federal Way first. No one ever even called to let me know and I wasnt called until around 1pm to say they were an hour out. Please be more considerate in the future for peoples times honestly if I had at least gotten a call to let me know they were running late or when theyd actually be at my house I would have been okay but I didnt even get that courtesy. The girl I talked to on the phone was polite and its not her fault its just very frustrating to have had this happen twice and for them to act like its not a big deal at all.

As a remodel contractor we use Meridian Glass for all our glass needs. This includes custom heavy glass shower doors and walls, mirrors, and windows. They do excellent work and are very professional. Austin and Dustin just finished a 3/8 glass panel next to a large custom shower and they did a wonderful job. They are very friendly and courteous and can be depended upon to do a great job every tiem. thanks guys

I had some shower doors custom made from another company that did not do installation and I had been calling around for several months looking for a company that was willing to do the install and I had no luck. Finally one day I called Meridian Glass and they were willing to do the work and my shower doors look absolutely amazing!! I was so happy!! So happy! Not just because they were willing to do but also because it turned out perfect! I would recommend this company to anyone! Matter of fact I already have.

If you like a company with no timelines and seems to run everything with sticky notes; this is exactly what you’re looking for! Otherwise literally go with anyone else. They will make up any excuse in the book, and every day tell you “tomorrow for sure”.

We used Meridian for the windows in our house, and I will say that the windows we got from Prime seem really good. Solidly built. However, I would never use Meridian Glass again. Every step along the way was like pulling teeth to get them to do anything in a timely manner. One window was the wrong size, took forever to get another. One window came with a broken latch, took forever to get it fixed. At one point we were told the part was in the glove box of a truck just riding around for a couple weeks. Even getting an invoice from them took forever. Either they have so much business that they dont have to care about the customers or they just plain, dont care about customers.

Called a couple times never got a call back.

We had an excellent experience. They installed the window in timely manner. The price was comparable. The installer showed up at the early part of the installation window. He was polite, courteous and professional. The only thing I didnt care for, was that they didnt confirm the appointment the day before. Other than that, outstanding service.

Such great service and great guys. We remodeled 2 bathrooms and needed mirrors and a shower enclosure. Everything was ahead of schedule and when the inevitable glitches occurred they were more than willing to accommodate. Love this place.

Took about a week and a half after ordering to get the door installed, but given the time of the year we were pleased. Quality of work was great: crews measurements were accurate; looks great after installation. They were happy to come back to do final adjustments a few days after installation.I would recommend them.

This whole problem started a month ago when we needed new glass for our door. They came out and measured the door and never called us back. We had to reach out to them. We ended up having numerous problems with them. We had to call them every day to get them to come back out. They promised to come out every day for a week and no one showed up! They never even called. We constantly had to contact them only to find out that they hadn’t even ordered our parts yet! When they did come back out, they ordered the wrong size of glass. All in all, it took over a month to put two panes of glass back in our door. We will never recommend this company to anyone!

I was referred to this business by the Wilco farm store in Puyallup. The staff at pet angel is friendly and competent. They were able to cure our problem with a badly matted cat.

Idk about there glass services but that sure dont know how to drive , been cut off by the same grey truck at the same intersection twice now

Two different techs came out, had a difference of opinion and never solved the problem. Contacted for additional warranty coverage and would not stand behind their work. Now I know why my sleazy home builder picked this company.

Only place in towwn that has parts for sliders ...the tracks that the wheels run on thanks again ..

They have told me 3 times my mirror was done. Just for me to get all the way there for them to tell me its not done and will be ready at the end of the day. Omg.... I dont have time to run around back and forth merdian just to sit in horrible traffic . Horrible service!!!!

I wish I could comment on the quality of their work, but all I can say is that they havent done any work yet. We called them and paid for a window to be replaced a week ago. They said the window would be in by the end of the business day, but a week later we are calling them and asking them if they are ever going to show up. They said, sorry but they are all booked up for the holiday. If they would have told us that before we paid for it, we would have gone somewhere else, but instead they told us a lie, had us pay for it, and then forgot about us.Needless to say, we are very disappointed with the service.

Contacted them to get some work done and they said they would get back to us with some quotes. Never heard back from them. When I would call they said they were still working on it. After about 2 weeks of calling we gave up. Horrible service.

Great to work with

Meridian iglass doesnt honor their warranty. Two years ago they repaired failed windows in my home. One window seems to be failing again and they cant find time in their busy schedule to come take a look and stand behind a warranty. Multiple phone calls putting me on the calendar and canceling or not showing up is the reason I give them only two stars.
