They were professional and courteous. The only thing i didnt like was they came 1.5hr before the scheduled time. I work from home and have to answer phones so i had to go to the door to pay. During this time i have two children in school at home and had to have one listen for my work phone while i was at the door to pay for the service. I had scheduled a specific time so i be available and not be disturbed at work or my girls distracted during school. I think its a great service but i would recommend improve a little on communication.

Same day removal, very friendly and efficient. On time. The furniture I had removed was larger than usual and the had to navigate in some tight space. They were able to get it out quickly despite that. Very affordable. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them in the future.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I called for a quote and the representative said they would match the price if I found anything lower. I contacted them shortly after to book and the representative booked an apt to have my item picked up within less than 2 hours. 2 guys called 20 minutes before hand, parked were i had requested, and picked up the item with no hassle. The entire interaction lasted less than 5 minutes.Would absolutely use this place again and highly recommend.

They called ahead to let us know they were on their way which was much appreciated. We have a very heavy refrigerator that others would not remove for us. G Grace came and were professional and efficient and quickly removed the beast from our kitchen. I cant say enough about how pleased we are. I had a mattress that I wanted to dispose of properly. I searched around for quotes, and these guys were incredibly reasonable. Then I called and got great customer service, prompt scheduling, and they were able to handle my request to make everything contactless. The driver called to let me know they were about 20 minutes away. I had plenty of time to get my mattress outside. They came and got it and sent me photo evidence to prove they did the job. They were quick, courteous, and incredibly fair. Cannot recommend them more.

G Grace is one for the books. I called them last minute to help me take my bed when my roommates, for lack of a better term, forced me to leave the house at a moments notice when I told them I was moving and they showed up immediately and helped out. They even didn’t mind waiting a few extra minute while I drove in traffic to meet them at the house I needed them at. I can’t say enough praise for G Grace! They made a potential headache of a situation so much better that what could have happened.

G Grace was really quick to get back with me once I submitted an inquiry, within 10 mins if that. Pam was very professional and made the appointment quickly for the next day around my requested timeframe. She said between 9 and noon and the driver called about 9:15 telling me he was 11 mins away. Called same day to get a quote and schedule junk pick up (it needed to be same day). They came right on time in the window they provided, picked up an old ikea tv stand/media center, charged me exactly what I was quoted over the phone and left all in the span of 5 minutes. From beginning to end they were efficient in removing our old hot tub. They were also pleasant and very professional. They cleaned up and were respectful of our space after removing the hot tub and the whole job was done in less then an hour. The price is very fair and not price gauging in the least, a lot less expensive then other junk removal companies.

G Grace Junk Removal just came and dismantled and removed my old hot tub. Their price was very good compared to another company I contacted. They disconnected, dismantled and removed everything and left my deck and yard clean. The guy was friendly and very courteous. Top job all round. Highly recommend them.
