I called Busy Bees after seeing their signs and good comments on Facebook. They were fantastic to work with. Quickly replied to my text and always kept me up to date on arrival times. I had them take one full truckload away and I am working on my second. Their vehicle was clean and professional looking as was team all dressed in black with face masks. They worked inside my home and were polite and fast! I had stuff/junk that had collected over the years and they just carried it away, no shame or embarrassment to me by the team. Ive never used any type of service like this before and I must admit I was a bit nervous. After making several phone calls and getting more discouraged I reached Johny at Busy Bees. He was very kind and helpful. I was able to get a quote over the phone, as I was only having one large item removed. During the conversation we discussed that I was still trying to find a pick up option for the new sofa and he made a very reasonable offer to pick this up for me as well. I was very impressed with their customer service, the services provided and I will certainly be referring them to family and friends in the future!

My aunt passed away and we were knee deep in 20 years of hoard. We had a pile of junk which took up quite a chunk of the garage, and in order to complete setting up for the yard sale we had to get it out of there. I called Busy Bees and they were able to come the same day and it only took them a very few short minutes to clear the pile and haul it away. They even swept up the floor. They were professional & friendly. No doubt we will have more stuff that needs to go after the yard sale and we will be calling them again.
