I asked for a trim and they cut like half my hair off I honestly could have cut it better myself.

My fiance and I went for cuts and got exactly what we wanted with great service from Jen! My fiance originally got her cut a few weeks back and wasnt quite happy, we called and asked for someone seasoned and explained she wasnt happy but we also did not want to insult the other stylist. Jen understood and completely took care of us. Will definitely return to Jenn for our hair services but everyone was friendly in the shop.

You’d expect for the state to take away the mask mandate you could get a hair cut at this establishment with no mask and a beard trim. Little rediculous not the employees failing. The employees were the nicest ever completely professional I blame the sheep who own this place. Get it together if you have the shot you shouldn’t worry right? !!! Lol

I really enjoyed getting my hair cut here because the young woman cutting my hair listened to me. She was also professional when it was getting closer to closing a f a woman came in and wanted her hair cut by an employee who was not present. The woman was rude to my hair dresser, but my hair dresser remained calm and handled the situation with grace.

When I think of Supercuts I think of it as a place where their primary clientele is men going in for a quick trim. I never thought I would one day be calling for a same day appointment for hair coloring and cut after not being able to see my regular hair dresser for 9 months. I was notified last minute about having photos done for my work website and I needed some serious hair help and fast! I called around 11 and was squeezed in for a 3:30 appointment with Olivia who was my savior that day. She was so patient helping me choose a color and style as I am not savvy to proper hairdresser language. She helped me choose best color and made me feel confident in her ability. The color came out amazing and my hair feels healthy and full again. Olivia helped make me feel beautiful again and now I can confidentially have my photo on my works website. I highly recommend Olivia if youre looking for beautiful fall inspired hair! On a side note while she was working on my hair she had an angry customer come in upset about the check in app and she handled the situation very professionally, this salon is very lucky to have her on their team!

Terrible!!!! I believe Evelyn is the one who did my nephew and told him he cant have the haircut he wants because its for adults mind you he showed her a picture of it on a little boy !!!!! We pay you to cut our hair but you get to pick and choose how we get it cut? No . Never again. I would not recommend this places to anyone.Completely rude. Also they did my sister hair red (she paid $100+) and it bled out the next day.

I went to get my haircut by Evelyn? if that is her name and she completely did things to my hair i didnt ask for. When i look at myself with this hair, I literally think i have to go bald because it is that bad. All she cared about was talking, or her other client that was next. Not once did she ask me if i wanted the things she did to my hair done. She even cut it shorter than i told her too. I always keep all the hair the same length. Instead she gave me layers, she made it longer in the front and shorter in the back (where i cant even fix because its too short where the layers are). I suggest if you want your hair the way it is then go to a barber who actually has their ears open when you tell them what you want and listen because she 150% did not. My last and final words are, Is she deaf or blind?

Supercuts is a very friendly place to get a haircut. They work very hard following all covid laws. I have had a very good experience there.

Terrible. The lady with the short platinum blonde hair totally ignored what I wanted and decided to freestyle my hair. I asked for an inch off and she cut about 4 and gave me layers I did not ask or agree to. She told me to look away. Hate my hair 😒

Love going there just get frustated with the online appointment booking, never works and you can only make same day appointments over the phone .

I paid almost $50 for one of the worst haircuts of my life. My hair is straight and simple to cut. The stylist didnt seem to care about what I wanted, and made it abundantly clear that she was in a hurry for the next client. I did not know this salon was designed to cater specifically to make clientele.

I made an appointment for a specific time and I was told to come back in a half hour. Why bother making an appointment if the business cant keep them. I may need to start looking elsewhere.

Always quick and always good. I mean I wont let anyone touch my hair but my sons have beautiful hair and weve always gone here. They literally transform them into new men each time!

Been 3 times and every time I have to go back because they miss a good section, always rushing to get you out and half fasting the towel finish.

Ive been going there for years. They are quick, clean, and reasonably priced. Ive never had a bad haircut there.

Ugh. Although the price was right, $16 for a senior mans haircut, this was one of the worst haircuts Ive had. First, I was hair-sprayed with water to near a water boarding level, and then cut in a way that is still annoying several weeks later. I will not be back.
