Lots of out of order machines. No big machines for quilts and large items 😢. Small capacity machines, so its expensive because you need more machines. Would not recommend if there were any better options close by.

Almost no reason to come here.Machines are ancient and cost $2 per load. The machines are about 1/4 as big as a home washer or drier. Terribly inefficient. Extremely overpriced.Inside is run down, falling apart, and outdated. Floor tiles are peeling back, everything is dirty.Does not accept credit or debit.More importantly, the quarter machine does not accept $20 bills. You’re gonna need about $40-$60 to do laundry here. Make sure you don’t get it from an ATM as $20 bills are useless apparently.Absolutely awful. Owed by the same company that owns the even worse laundromat across from cougar country.Multiple out of service machines that have been that way for ages. Management does not care about establishment. You should never visit.

Don’t waste your time here. It’s over priced, the machines are tiny and old, your money might get stolen from the old machines as well. Their chairs are broken, they only accept coins, & their dryers are 25 cents for every 5 minutes. You should drive over to Moscow and go to Sudzees! I finished my laundry way quicker and the experience was cheaper, less painful, and I was able to use my debit card! If I could give zero stars to this place I would.

This run down garbage laundromat shouldnt even be open. Most of their machines are broken and the place is filthy.

Works well, get your quarters before you go. The change machine kinda hinky. But otherwise a cool place, 24hrs and place to charge ur phone when ur waiting

A huge waste of time. Ended up leaving because the coin machine wasnt even working! At least half the machines are out of order. Also, the place is gross.

We are traveling the USA so have seen our share of laundromats. This is an average place. Fairly clean & decently priced. Do have a few washers that leak so water was on the floor, which was a safety hazard. All in all, it did the job!

You guys have some nerve raising the price of washing AND lowering the amount of time on the dryers when most of the machines are broken and I literally found feces and dirt inside of a washer. Seriously? $2/load and the machines don’t work and are disgusting. I had to leave a note on a dryer saying it didn’t work after I wasted $1 to get back wet clothes. Guess what—that was 5 months ago, dryer is still broken, my note is still up. Get it together.

Too many broke down washers. You need a restroom.

Being honest, was at the laundromat there and it needs cleaned and has a bunch of broken washers.

Several machines out of order. I put a load in a washer I thought was working only to have it fill up and stop. Water all over the floor from mine and others. The place stinks and nobody responds to the emergency number! I’ll never come here again! Gross!

I dont have a lot of experience with this place but its been here a long time. One can only assume its well managed. Its clean and spacious; it can accommodate a lot of people. However, being on the other side of town from WSU, it doesnt get the student traffic that other places do closer to the College. Looks like a fine place to go if your between washer machines

The building is dirty, the washers are expensive, half the machines dont work, and the wifi doesnt connect.

Needs a bathroom for customers and vending machines would be smart

Great place kinda spendy compared to others... But its the only one in town, so bring lots of quarters...
