I had an external hard drive go bad on me and I thought I lost all my data. The guy is professional, very honest on what steps needed to be taken and very quick. He was able to save all my data and transfer it to a new drive within 24 hours with a reasonable price. Before spending 100 of dollars at VGH or any other computer repair shop, try out this, it will be worth it.
