Ludacris. I went in today attempting to rent a truck. The lady told me it was 200$ for the day because they were all rented out!!???? 🤷🤔🧐 Say that again? All rented out but youre going to rent me one for 200$??? Just so happens I work really close to this business and I have seen the lot almost full all day long. Bet they never get my business. Too bad I had to give them ⭐ to right this review!

I was ok in all. I was promised a truck with a lift gate but i guess the reservation person didnt know they dont rent those for cross country. The cab was unkept and the windshield washers didnt work. I believe it may have been a localized vendor short fall. Not checking the trucks.

If you need to rent a truck, Penske is your truck. If youre on Colorado rent from Stacy @ Penske In Pueblo, CO. Stacy knows her business and will help you all she can. Shell also tell you the truth whether you like it or not re: insurance, pads, what needs are there and what you need to have. Ive traveled from PUEBLO, CO to Atlanta, GA. then to Illinois Ive been all over the USA, Stacy has been the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Truck was clean and had a/c. The blonde girl that works there is very nice. The other girl with the short hair seemed like she didnt want to be there. She was kind of rude and standoffish.

Absolutely worst experience. They made an agreement then tacked on an extra few hundred. When originally asked they gave one answer. Now they have changed their reason for charging the extra money. Never will use this company again. They dont even deserve one star.
