I always receive the most thorough care - any small question or concern is taken very seriously. Whenever I have had a problem (like a cap coming off), they have worked to help me immediately get help.My hygienist is the best. I wouldnt consider going anywhere else. All staff from those in the reception area to the dentist are professional, positive, and caring.

You can easily schedule appointments online!!Ive only been in for an initial exam and deep cleaning so far and its been a great experience! Michelle, the hygienist, is amazing! I hadnt been to the dentist in a really long time and I was pretty nervous about going in, Michelle explained everything, made me feel really calm and at ease and like I was getting my teeth cleaned by an old friend! She was extremely gentle, patient and just a really nice and caring person who really loves her job. Im going back next week for fillings and Ill keep going back for any future dental work I need!

They got me in quickly as an emergency with my main issue being severe pain. Unfortunately the dentist was not able to find the problem. He performed a procedure that caused more pain, and sent me home to suffer. When I called a couple hours later to report that my pain had increased, he said that he didnt believe that I was in pain. I found a dentist the next day who was able to quickly diagnose the problem and extract the tooth. This dentist is not only incompetent, he has no compassion and will let you suffer.

Ive been going here for 20 years. I was worried when Dr. Berry retired and my hygienist left for another career but have been pleased with the new doctor/dentist and my new hygienist. They continue to take good care of me.

I just had my 1sr appointment at Advantage Dental in Pueblo. They were great. Very thorough exam and cleaning. Im very happy to have found this dentist and would highly recommend.

Service was good. However, the office manager Liz should be fired. I ask prior to every visit if they are still in my insurance network. My last visit was no different. I had my proceedures complete, paid my balance and left. A week later I received a bill with a hand written note from Liz saying sorry Misty I was wrong. You owe an additional $18##. I immediately left messages for her. Never a call back. Then itemized bill started being addressed to other people for payment on my behalf. Clear HIPPA violations. I have attempted to contact supervisors but was given a phone number did not work. Now, I can only hope someone that has authority will reach out. Every bill mailed to others is a separate violation.UPDATE: This matter was resolved. Peak Dental Group (parent company), specifically Krystal, has reached out to me regarding my issues and a resolution was achieved. Krystal was very professional and understanding of the situation and apologized.

The cleaning was great! They didn’t waste time and got me in and out in no time. I love my assistant so much because she can always keep a conversation with me and make the experience more of an outing rather than a chore. I appreciate the atmosphere this facility has and also the attention to cleanliness in these times of trial. They have done well in respect to me as a customer, but also as a member of our community. In keeping me safe; they are keeping all the people I come in contact with safe. I definitely suggest this place for a cleaning or any other needs!

Very good COVID protocol! I called them when I came to the office and they had the hygienist escort me in. Michelle was AWESOME and relieved my dental anxiety, I rescheduled with her for six months out. I was the only patient in the room when checking out and the receptionist was friendly and thorough. Easily my best dental experience!

I have never had a bad or unpleasant experience in this office Ive had several procedures done (crowns, a bridge and several fillings and corrections) they are upfront with your cost so you know what your expected to pay and when, it is a comfortable experience. I had a dental emergency over the weekend, and I was able to schedule an appointment on-line just a few days out, but when I called on Monday morning they took me in as soon as I could get there. Dr. Allen took care of everything the same day. They also sent post-care instructions electronically after giving me instructions in the office.

Not being a big fan of dental work, (yes, I know, but at 10 years old, the dentist hit me with a pair of pliers), the following is my review of the Advantage Dental Group. I attended my appointment for a standard cleaning and x-rays. Once the Technician started cleaning my teeth, the process was the most comfortable, painless I have ever experienced. When my appointment was complete, I took a moment to thank and congratulate her! The Dentist stepped in and reviewed the results of the x-rays, and made sure that I understood my near term and long term needs. On a 1 to 10 rating, my experience was a solid 12!

So I’ve been with this office for 13 years. Today I called to let them know we had an unexpected sickness in the house, and did not want to burden their office with the speed of infection. The front desk lady told me I would have to come in and pay $20 before scheduling my next appointment. Then I can schedule and come back. I did the courtesy of not spreading sickness in this time, and they punished me for it. What kind of medical establishment is this? Sad! Transferred care!

I was Ok until I got home I even called back and left a message that I needed something that was stronger to relieve my pain than what they had given me I had to call the Emergency room and let them know that I was in that much pain and had to see my primary NP in AM. I know I have to go back but Please next time give me something that will relieve the pain especially after having a half dozen teeth taken out my mouth is still swollen after 5 days and face is bruised. But need to have teeth taken care of so have to go back

I cannot say enough good things about advantage dental! I had asthma real bad as an infant and had to have tetracycline anabiotic when I was very young so it caused grey tetracycline stains in my teeth that I could never get rid of I tried bonding I tried bleaching but nothing worked . I finally felt comfortable enough with Dr. Allen to help me fix my teeth and boy was I glad I did ! I am so happy with my new smile and I’m not afraid to smile anymore or cover my mouth when I smile . UPDATE. Im updating this review based on a recent experience. I received a call from Nicole Cordova at All Smiles Dental group, an office within this group, requesting a container. After initially rejecting the order Nicole explained that they had undergone a significant change in how they conducted business so I agreed to try again. This job couldnt have gone smoother. If I was reviewing Nicole she would get 5 stars. However Im updating an old review so Im changing this to a 3 star review in hopes that the changes I saw apply to the whole group.We feel that Advantage Dental struggles to manage their business and pay their bills. Let me clarify by saying we are a vendor of Advantage Dental and not a Customer. As a customer you should be aware how Advantage Dental is willing to treat their vendors. We certainly can not recommend that anyone get involved with Advantage Dental in any way. Some background:Advantage Dental contracted for and received container services from Front Range MiBox. They paid for the initial delivery and the first months rent prior to delivery. The 2nd month payment was made late and then Advantage Dental stopped paying for the container altogether. However they did continue to use the container. The second month into the rental of the container Advantage Dental requested that we complete a Vendor Approval. We completed and returned the form. The receipt of the form was acknowledged by Advantage Dental however we never received another payment. We did continue to get requests to complete the form over and over again. Ultimately we had to repossess the container. After multiple different efforts to collect the debt we were paid but the harassment for documents, that we have already provided, continues.

Ive had a lot of dental work, it all started with a lot of bad dental work when I was 18 that had been unraveling and a decade of pain. I have spent well over 24 hours sitting in various dental chairs across two states and 10 years.That being said, I love this place. Everyone who works there is kind, understanding and hard working. I want to point out everyone who helped me out by name but my brain sucks for names... Even so I have a glowing review for every member of staff.I first went in with an infected tooth, I was in a great deal of pain. I have Medicaid, didnt heve a current dentist here and had a medical emergency. They got me in same day, I had called several other places and was turned away. Turns out my tooth had actually died on me and then became infected. I want to say his name is Dr. Allen, he saved my tooth. It was one of my front top teeth and I was depressed that I would probably need a crown. Nope. Dr. Allen is a rock star and saved my tooth, Im not self conscious about smiling because nobody would know its a dead tooth. Ill be moving soon and it pains me to find a new dentist when I just found them. Most comprehensive exam Ive had with everything explained.

Have been going to Dr. Roberts for over 20? some years. EVERYONE in the office are awesome people. They joke with you and make you feel so at ease. Love them all. I recommend them highly!!!! See you all in May.
