I previously used T&M and dropped their services for some time after some issues we had with the front office. After bouncing around to a few different companies in the area, I reached out to T&M again and found out they had made quite a few changes and we are pleased to say that they have been servicing our yards again for the last few months! I am more than pleased with the addition of a few new office staff members, and the mechanics really helped me with some issues I had with equipment! 10 out of 10... would recommend!

I bought a new house in Pueblo and was in search of help with my horrid lawn! I set up an appointment to have sod put in my yard and I couldnt be more pleased! The estimator seemed to be very knowledgeable and helpful with tips to maintain the yard once I had it installed! The crews who came to install my irrigation and sod were very professional and seemed to care about their job! I would recommend T&M to anyone in my neighborhood, especially considering how most yards look around the area.

Buyer beware poor quality work.

Horrible customer service. Took my string trimmer in for a tune up. Basically had to beg the guy to take my business. He told me two weeks. Never called so I called them at 2 weeks. Told me it hadn’t been started yet. Told me they would have it on Friday. Called again on Monday. Still hadn’t been started. Told them I needed it back by Wednesday (3 weeks). Showed up on Wednesday still not ready. Showed up on Thursday and paid for it. They said they would bring it out to my truck. When he brings it out he tells me it’s still not running right and doesn’t like to run. (After I paid the bill). Said it would “probably” need a carb kit and it would cost another 80ish dollars. The trimmer is not even worth what they are claiming it would cost for the tune up and now a carb kit so I’m out the $75 and still have a machine that doesn’t run. What a scam!!!

Sorry that I can’t say good things about this business. I scheduled a consultation for some sprinkler work and waited an hour before calling them to see where they were. Turns out they has just plain not come and asked if I could do tomorrow instead. I rescheduled and they did show up that time. Took a look and told me they would need to come back a couple days later to turn on all the sprinklers in order to give me a quote. Ok. Fine. I can work with that. Well they texted me that they had some kind of emergency and wouldn’t be able to make it. Ok. Again. I get it. Even wished them good luck with whatever they were dealing with. They said they would text me to reschedule when this emergency was dealt with. I never heard from them again. I texted asking if they had any ideas as to when they could give me a quote. No response. If you don’t want the job. Just say so and don’t waste my time.

I moved to the area and needing a company to mow my lawn. I saw a T and M landscaping truck and called. I also got a fence estimate to contain my dog in the front yard. I had cancelled the fence installation. I was set up for a bimonthly mowing on Thursdays for my area in the avenues near the country club. The first Thursday, no call no show..so I called on Friday and he said his crew would do a make up that Saturday. No call no show that Saturday. That Monday I spoke to Dakota, and he said theyd have to get me that Thursday, but I would not be charged. I should hope not, but that I was not the point. That Thursday, my lawn was mowed, but the next scheduled Thursday..no call no show again. I called and I spoke with Dakota who said hed get me on the Saturday make up mowing. No call no show. The next Thursday I called and said we were only one for three mows and that was bad in my opinion. He said the crew was doing some thing else for him on an open house and they would get To my house as soon as they were done. No call no show. I called this Monday and said I was going to cancel and where were they on my two thasand dollar refund? He said he would have crystal call me and still no call. He also said they will he there Thursday for sure, he would hand write a note himself. Its Thursday.. No call..no show.. No call from crystal. And no refund of two grand or any word of it for four weeks now. Also,only one show in six weeks for mowing. No call. No show. No communication. You cant keep a yard like that. I am changing mowing companies. Terry is a real nice gut, but he cant deliver . if you want a head ache and frustration.. Go ahead and use t and m. If you want good business interaction and dependability....call some one else youve researched. These guys are horrible. Really. Update, I got a partial refund, he kept two hundred dollars for nothing. It was supposedly a free estimate for the fence, dont give them cash. Better yet, dont hire them

I had a very good experience with T&M Landscaping; I found the office help to go above and beyond to help us and to keep us abreast of schedules. A few times they did show up later then expected but Im sure it was just due to scheduling issues. I am very happy with the job they did on the outside of my basement; now Im just waiting for it to rain hard so I can go downstairs and surprise myself by not seeing any water!

I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I was so mistaken. Called for the initial appointment and the next day, the owner of the business, Terry, came out. Said he would have an estimate for me the next day. A week and a half later of calling daily and checking in, still no estimate on my yard. He talked me into having my sprinkler system looked at even though I told him I could not afford a new system. He assured me that his guys were the best and would be able to find a fix to make things better until we could redo the whole system. His guys came out and estimated almost double the price the owner told us. They refused to break down the estimate into parts vs labor which is always a red flag for me. I have asked for Terry to call me and to follow up and nothing. Needless to say customers are not the highest priority on their list from the technicians all the way to the management.

Do not use this place for nothing. I rented a U-haul and returned it to this place. I have a rock drive way, and they decided to charge me $15.00 by telling me there was debris, and dirt in the truck. That is a lie because there was nothing in the truck when it was returned. NEVER, NEVER, will i recommend this place to anybody. Obviously they needed the $15.00 more than I did.

Its a little hard to give them even ONE star. Customer service is non-existent. Showed up almost THREE hours late to appointment. No call. The person we talked to at the office was pretty flip about it. Well find someone who cares about their customers-because these people obviously dont.

This place is the absolute worst to do business with. They dont care one bit about their customers, the wait time is ridiculous and since their best mechanic quit because of the poor quality management, nothing is getting fixed properly. Research other places in town before going to T&M, unless you want to be unsatisfied and ripped off.

Worst scheduler I have worked with. I scheduled an appointment. No show! When I called, she said, Well, hes busy with an emergency. We can reschedule for another day. So, I have to take another day off of my job to accommodate you? No thank you. Then the guy shows up on some random day and is surprised when I told him I got someone else.

They dont give you a breakdown on the estimate and they get put of everything that was supposed to be done I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS AT ALL. All I got for 2k is fence posts and concrete in the holes.

Good place for lawn equip parts.

Dropped off my weed eater to be repair. Waited a week and didnt here anything. When in and asked the progress on it. They told me they havent even got to it yet. He told he was going to look at it that day and call me. Didnt here anything for four days. Went back in to check and they said they still havent looked at it and told me they would look at that day. I told I just wanted a refund. They put in the computer that I paid cash when I paid with a card. They lost the paper work with my credit card information on. I still havent got my refund back.

No call no show on my sprinkler system job. These guys are a joke.
