Im not going to lie they have not even come to do the job yet but I will also be updating once they finish the job this coming up weekend. But I am already impressed by there professionalism and honesty. I called a higher named company to come down and see what was backing up our main pipe. Cost me $263 to do that. For them to lie to me move too fast on the camera and give me outrageous prices. Cut Rate came down and did the exact same thing he did that I paid for for free! How amazing is that alone. To be willing to help somebody out for free for a simple job and now it will cost me half the fraction to pull the roots. The other company completely lied about a break in the line which is just awful cut-rate said they didnt see that and they think it may just be a problem with the roots and if not they can go back in and fix it for still less money.! Their prices are amazing. The ladies that work in the office are amazing as well their honesty is exactly what people are looking for. Plus they keep in touch with you! I highly highly recommend this company to come out and check out any problems that you may need that they can fix. Thanks again Cut Rate for the honesty and being there as I am a first-time homeowner. I will be updating with the work that is done after this weekend. Which Im sure I will be pleased with

If you’re not calling on Cut Rate for your drain clean out needs, you’re missing out! Called at 7am on a Sunday for a clogged sink…and they were here by 9am and complete by 10am! Fantastic customer service and a great price!! Highly recommend!!

Employee was professional, knew what she was doing and was considerate about not tracking anything dirty into the house. Roots were taken care of and I’m confident that we won’t have to call about any problems until the roots grow back which is inevitable when there’s a beautiful 100 year old tree in the backyard.

I have only had to deal with this company through my work and never for my personal home/business. That being said, every time I have had to call this crew out to help us out they have arrived in a timely manner with equipment for the job! I’m told that Larry is one of the owners, and he has been out on the jobs as well which earned more points in my book. Today I met the excavating crew and they were good workers as well. On a professional level I have not had an issue with a single member of the crew I have met yet. I will continue to do business with this company whenever I have outdoor plumbing issues that need addressed. Easy and efficient.

Was referred to them by someone I know and called to schedule an appointment to get work done got a call back and when I got the call back the guy was very rude!! Would not recommend them to anyone.

Thank you to Cut rate plumbing. I called and they were able to come to my house in 30 minutes. Unfortunately they didnt have a truck available to pump my sewer but made a phone call and had me done the next day. They made follow up calls to make sure all was ok, their professionalism and concern for myself and my home was much appreciated

Theyve always been helpful. We had a clog near the main line and they knocked it out quickly. Prices are so-so.

Dealing with cut rate turned out to be a horrible dicision, they did not honor their quote, and they did not fix the problem, my wife and I had to call another company to do the job cut rate could not do, horrible way to treat customers, they should be ashamed to take advantage of people.

I have used Cut-rate for years and havent had a bad experience. The office staff are courteous and the technicians are professional and courteous. When he left the area was clean and everything was working as expected. They handle all my service problems at my apartment complex. I really appreciate the good service. Honestly, there are many companies in town that do the same type of work but not with the same level of customer service, courtesy, timeliness, respect and affordability that Cut Rate does. I have called multiple places in town to be lied to (Pattersons especially) if they do show theyll try to charge you $2,000 to unclog a toilet (Pattersons), different companies commit to return my call in emergent situations and never do so, lies and false expectations set from other companies from one end to the other, undependable and EXPENSIVE! Tonight, I was quickly reminded why me and my family continually return to Cut Rate anytime that we need something related to plumbing, sewer and drain! I called this evening and was politely and promptly told by the wonderful lady on the phone that they would have someone to my home asap (most companies that is within 2 to 3 hours minimum, hurry up and wait with a flooded bathroom and such). It was not 5 minutes later (not kidding) that they pulled up in front of our home and greeted us very friendly, fixed our issue in NO time (not trying to burn time and steal our $ like a lot of other companies do), the technician was very friendly and helpful and was more than happy to educate us on what we had going on, resolved it and spoke to my husband about preventative measures that we may want to consider in the future, this was ALL for a very affordable price. If you need plumbing, drain and sewer services, this is your company and trust me...I am a very hard sell! I will refer them to everyone I know and highly recommend them for any related services that you may need. They will go above and beyond, always have and always will!

How do they stay in business? I used Cut Rate the last time I needed my sewer cleaned. It was about 10 years ago so I contacted them again when my toilet started making the familiar blooping sound. I agree with the other reviewers. The lady who answered the phone was rude. I made an appointment for the following day. The guy was 45 minutes late but in the same breath told me I was his only call of the day. His equipment left a stain on my concrete patio. Three weeks later my toilet was making the blooping noise again. I called Cut Rate and the rude lady said they would have to charge me again. Nope. I called Affordable Sewer and Drain. I wish I would have called Affordable Sewer and Drain in the first place. It would have saved me $124.00. Save yourself time and money and call Affordable.

We had clean outs put in our old house after catastrophe in basment. Due to the age of the piping we were quoted (by Rotor Rooter) 6,000 and Cut rate did it for 1,800 and were quick, curteous, and very detailed in their explanations. Would use again, every time without a second thought.

We called them real quick to see if someone could come down really quick. The lady that answered was extremely rude. Cut my grandpa off from talking and just said “we can’t have anyone down till Wednesday.” Didn’t even bother to hear what we said. And the bad part is we spent $7,000 on new plumbing with these people two years ago and my sewer is already backing up. Guess we’ll just be going with someone else from now.

This company is the WORST DRAIN CLEANING SERVICE I EVER HIRED. The lady Cheryl who answers the phone is completely rude and has the worst customer service I have ever had! Have paid over $300 dollars had them comeOut two times already and still hasn’tFixed the problem! I would never work with this company ever!!

Just having a routine main line cleaning for one of my rental properties. Excellent service, from the lady on phone being very pleasant, to them showing up when scheduled and complete the work in a timely manner.

Zero stars for this company. First off the lady that answers the phone at the office is exstemely unprofessional and very rude. Had a plumber out at my house on 7/7/2018 he said that he would need someone to help and that he would be back today 7/8/2018 early in the morning. So as ive been sitting waiting for someone to show, I finally called the office when again the women in the office was exstemely rude. The plumber scheduled my appoinment for 2 days after he said he would be back the next day. And now on top of not having my issuse fixed the day it was supposed to be, they are charging double to fix the issue. Find a different company.
