Was told by Steve that he was going to try and schedule me in at 8 or 9pm the night of, since he works 16 hour shifts. I told him that I could wait till the morning. Texted him around 1030 am when I still had not heard anything. Steve said this evening for sure. Its now 945pm and still have not heard a word. Very disappointed and still waiting with a broken kitchen sink that just needs a stronger snake than the handheld I used...

Steve Charged me $300 and did NOT fix the problem. Then he said he would come back the next day and never showed up or called! Very unprofessional and im very disapointed! He was here 2 hours!

Very professional, We had a problem with our kitchen sink for the 2nd time in a couple of weeks, so of course we called a different plumber! We called you guys and you came very quickly to help. Fixed my sink and gave us great advice on what to do for our drain, I wish others would help when they clean out drains. We wont be calling anyone else if we run into any other problems. We love the honesty that comes with the service. Thank you!

So Steve the owner of royal pain, main and drain did an awesome job, very professional, respectful, great integrity, knowledgeable, on time. Also very very reasonable on the price. Came in $1300 less than PPH so very awesome. Highly recommended for your plumbing issues.

I had a clogged floor drain that was difficult to get to and another company wanted to charge me an arm and a leg. Royal Pain Main and Drain came out and unclogged the drain for a very reasonable price. I will definitely use them again!

Called at 9 pm and plumber was on his way home and still came out to unclog toliet. He was a lifesaver!

Poor customer service - called Steve and he mentioned would be at our job within next couple of days. NEVER SHOWED UP or CALLED US, after calling several more times, finally Steve answered and mentioned would be there the next day. Then Steve came up with another excuse why he wasnt able to do the work. After waiting for over week and half, ended up going with different company.

The owner is a down to earth type guy, chill and very knowledgeable in his line of work, got the job done and quick too. I definitely recommend his services to anybody and everybody around town.

In a stressful time royal pain main and drain really came through. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful even after a long day they had no problem coming back out to help a second time, even considering we live in Pueblo West. Nobody would have done that, we had a hard time getting anybody out same day, much less twice in one day during a storm and after a weekend. Called last minute for an emergency drain clean and a tech came out within a few hours to help, stayed til the job was done, and explained every step of the process.

I write the a couple week after (partially because of how busy things have been) but I wanted to commemorate Royal Pain for their work and being a fair business. They came out when it would have been after hours for other businesses to help us. He didnt upcharge for the time, he was thorough in his work and even identified what the cause of our clog likely was without additional fees. The friendly manner, professional work and quality results definitely give Royal Pain an A in my book.
